Police were called to Sundew Avenue, W12, at approx.21.48 on 2/6/03, by MOP following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival officers found a 34 year old male suffering gunshot wounds to the leg.

LAS attended and the victim was conveyed to a central London hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

Police would like to speak to two youths seen in the area around the time of the shooting. They are both described as approx. 15 years old, one black male, one white. No further descriptions available.

DI Martin Huxley from the Shootings Team who is leading the investigation said: "We are keeping an open mind as to the circumstances of the shooting and I would appeal for any witnesses to contact police as soon as possible."
