Police appeal for witness to fatal Dawes Road accident
Man dies in hospital after collision with blue Peugeot 406
Police are investigating a fatal traffic collision at the junction of North End Road and Dawes Road on 26th September at 11:40.
A Blue Peugeot 406, driven by a 50 year old man, was in a collision with a 49 year old pedestrian who has been identified as Tony Hamill of Lancaster Court, SW6.
Mr Hamill was taken to Charing Cross Hospital where he was pronounced dead the following day.
A post mortem showed cause of death as head injuries.An inquest has been opened and adjourned at Fulham Coroner's Court.Anyone with any information should contact the Traffic Investigation Unit at Hampton on 020 8941 9011.
