Police are appealing for assistance in tracing a man who has been missing from Hammersmith since 12 May.

They are concerned for the welfare of Abdi Hassan, aged 32, who is vulnerable as he is currently without his medication. He was last seen at the Claybook Mental Health Unit, however, he is not thought to pose a risk to the public.

Abdi is described as black, height 5ft 10ins, black hair, brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey jacket, white shirt, dark blue jeans, and black trainers.
