St Peter's Church, Black Lion Lane,
Hammersmith, invites you to a summer concert at 7.30pm on Sunday
29th June in the Church as well as an art exhibition. The Annual
Patronal Festival Concert will include Vaughan Williams's Old
Hundredth, Elgar's Serenade for Strings and the Flute Concerto
in G Major by Mozart together with excerpts of the Messiah by
Handel.
"It will be a lovely way to
spend an summer evening," says organiser Liz Spurrell. Many
of those taking part have played professionally.

There is also a summer exhibition
and sale of framed and unframed works by local artists of views
of Hammersmith and Chiswick. This event will take place in Parish
Rooms from 1.30pm to 6pm on Saturday 28th June and 11.30am to
8pm on Sunday 29 June. Entrance is free.
Both events are in aid of the St
Peter's Challenge which aims to raise £500,000 for the church.
