April is one of my favourite months, says Chef Andy Needham as he brings out a new menu. With longer days and hopefully lots of sun, I have crafted delicious dishes which will of course be cooked to order.

With English asparagus, wild garlic, fresh new season vegetables, broad beans, peas & new potatoes: this is such a fresh time of year. Lamb will appear more regularly alongside fish and the grill will come out for lighter healthier choices.

Don't worry, there will still be your favourites too.

I do keep a small menu as I like to keep everything fresh, however my daily specials and regular dish changes means it is never the same.
