|Which Are Hammersmith's Most Desirable Streets?|
Eighteen 'millionaires' rows' in the W6 post code area
There are eighteen 'millionaires' rows' in Hammersmith according to a new analysis of property sales in the W6 area.
Over the last three years property sales in St. Peter's Square have averaged over three million pounds according to Land Registry data making it the top priced road in the survey. There were an insufficient number of transactions in roads like Upper Mall and Hammersmith Terrace for them to be included.
St. Peter's Square was built mainly in the 1820s and 1830s and features a public garden square in its centre. It is often used as a location for filming including in recent years Miss Potter and I Capture The Castle.
The table below shows Hammersmith's top twenty most desirable streets based on recent sale prices.
The averages are calculated by taking any road with at least three transactions taking place in it during the last three years. This may mean that some roads may not be included because houses on them don't come to the market very often.
