Yes, John, but for those unfortunate enough to live under lime trees it will be not bad news. The branches grow extremely quickly, break off in high winds, and the insects feeding on the florets exude a horrible sticky substance that covers cars and plants. I am all for trees, but I am sure there are many who are irritated by overgrown ones that deny the small garden any sunshine, and can only be pruned with the Council's sanction, at their own cost - and annually. It is a problem, though.
