Congratulations to all the children and grown up children who had completed five snowmen (one complete with a carrot nose) before 9 am this morning in Ravenscourt Park. The Park looked magical as I scrunched through the snow. Did anyone else enjoy it?

I just got back from skiing so there was loads of snow there but I didn't get a chance to check out the park (sorry Caroline).

Saw two kids in Wendell Pk yesterday morning, starting to build one.

Franco,Did you see any? I didn't go through the park yesterday and all that remained today were some sad lumps of snow lying on the ground where the snowmen had been built yesterday.

So will I! 8.30 to 9am is the time to be there when the children are having such fun before going to school (not to mention the adults before they try and get to work). Be interesting to see how London Transport copes with the deluge. I'm digging out my snow boots tonight.

It is going to snow tomorrow. I'll keep my eyes posted for snowmen.

Yes, it was great to see the kids (and parents) enjoying themselves. And there was much laughter. This morning all that remains are a few lumps of muddy snow. And the happy memories

Unfortunately not as my work route does not take me through the park. Bet it looked magical. What was nice was hearing some of the little kiddies who I guess had never seen snow before..........nice to hear kids laughing.
