Congestion charge Go-Slow

I don't get this, how slow is slow?  Looking at the route they are taking, they'll be stuck in traffic for most of it anyway, so its seems a bit pointless.Anyway, I have a fool-proof way to speed them up.  I fancy a bike ride at the weekend.  If I cycle in front of the first car, they'll be compelled to overtake.  They'll only get as far as the next lights, where I whizz past them again, and so on all the way around.  No driver can sit behind a cyclist, no matter how slow they want to go!!

Yes, I got the free sheet as well yesterday.It does seem to be quite a political mouthpiece doesn't it?I noticed that on the front page of the last issue one of the random C-charge protesters 'in the street' was none other than the leader of the council.

I notice that details of this protest were printed in the Council free-sheet which I received yesterday.Whilst I understand that the Council feel that it is their role to protest on behalf of residents (the majority of which, we are told, are against the extension), I'm not sure that promoting it is a particularly responsible thing to do.I suspect that, in reality, Councillors fear the tranfer of power from themselves to Ken more than they fear the C-charge extension intself.
