Re-Cycling bags - A shortage or not ??

Are you having trouble with the availibility of re-cycling bags? Have spoken to the Council who say they only supply bags to your door once every three months. Is this enough. We run out in half this time. The Council suggest we trot along to the "public libary" and collect more. Do the council really care about "green issues or are they just half hearted about the whole thing? What do you think?

it wasn't my mother, it was my neighbour.  I think she said she just rang the number on the website and they said they would deliver some, but not for a few days.  So she went up there (I assume it was the town hall) and got some, and they also delivered some a few days later.  She's not around or I would ask her for you.  When I see her, I will.

Sarah. If as the Council say; we get 3 months supply is that 12 bags full or more. Where does your mother get her extra ones from? The operatives say to us they don't have any and the Council say the "Public Libary is the only source betwwen deliveries. please let us in on your secret.

We always have tons of them.  They deliver plenty and my neighbour went and fetched some more the other day when she ran out.
