Thai or Chinese restaurant

Since the demise of Sabai Sabai and since I can't get into Saigon Saigon tonight, I'm stumped as to whether there are any decent far-eastern restaurants in or near Hammersmith - Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, etcDoes anyone have any recommendations ?

They do fantastic Thai food at Latymers 157 Hammersmith Road

You could try the Hammersmith Cafe at the King Street end of Studland Street.  It serves fry-ups during the day and delicious, cheap Thai food in the evening.  It gets full so you may need to book on 8748 2839.

You could try Sagar - the South Indian options are very similar to some far eastern type cuisines. Is Lam's no longer in existence?

Oriental Brasserie at 18 Devonshire Road, Chiswick, W4 2HD. Tel: 020 8747 8899It's a Chinese-Malaysian restaurant, just off Chiswick High Road.  Definitely a cut above your average Chinese, more accomplished cooking, and good service too.
