Road Closure Debacle
Having seen the whole of Hammersmith grind to a halt on Monday apparently due to a lack of communication between the police and TFL, is it not about time we had an agency who was responsible for keeping roads open rather than lots of them who are always shutting down.One car was involved in the original incident which occured at 3am and he was not seriously hurt.
