Phoenix School?

Friends moving to the area have asked about the Phoenix School - does anybody have any knowledge as to whether it's good or not?

They are having the first ever Phoenix High School Summer Fayre which takes place on Saturday 4 July from 12pm - 5pm.

Likewise with Hammersmith County but must admit have only ever heard good things about Phoenix.  Think they are having an open day soon.

I don't know when the Christopher Wren went down hill but it supplied a lot of students to the London College of printing back in the 60s. I suppose the box tickers got to work and screwed it all up.

Well I believe the Headteacher was made a Sir for the work he did in turning the school around.  It used to be two seperate schools, Hammersmith County was the girls and Christopher Wren the boys.  The name Phoenix represents rising from the ashes (sure if I have this wrong somebody will tell me).
