1. Legal Seminar, Pitfalls for Directors, 12 May 2005, 7.30am – 9.30am
The seminars, conducted by Solnick & Co.at The Grove Restaurant, are always extremely informative and fantastic value given that you will receive a comprehensive print out of relevant notes and the number of solicitors to guests is high, so it is a great opportunity to have your queries answered in an informal setting at minimal cost.

2. Annual Members Meeting + “The Story of Cobra Beer”, 23 May 2005, 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Receive our Chairman’s Annual Report and elect your new Committee at the Queens Club. Of course, most of the evening will be around “The Story of Cobra Beer” presented by Karan Bilimoria, the Founder and CEO of Cobra – a great story of entrepreneurship. In the past we have had a wine tasting and a vodka tasting – this time it’s a beer-tasting, courtesy of Cobra. (There will also be the usual cash bar).

3. Networking Breakfast, 2 June 2005, 8am – 10am
This is another perfect opportunity to meet other members and to exchange ideas. This event will be held at the Novotel London West and will be accompanied by a wonderful breakfast.
