Police were looking for Sylvester Lennox, 76

Police say an elderly man who is missing from the Hammersmith area has been found.

They were appealing over the weekend for help tracing Sylvester Lennox, 76, who lives in Sycamore Gardens, W6.

Police have thanked people who offered help finding Mr Lennox.
