Shepherd's Bush Road to be closed this Thursday
Hammersmith Palais will be hosting a charity gig in aid of the Tsunami Appeal on Thursday 27.1.05 at 1900 (to finish at 0300 on 28.1.05).
Hammersmith and Fulham Council have authorised the closure of Shepherd's Bush Road on 27.1.05 between 18:00 and 22:00 from Hammersmith Broadway to Brook Green Road, in both directions.
This is primarily for safety reasons and to facilitate access to the area.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area whereever possible, as traffic congestion is expected around the Hammersmith Broadway area. There will be diversions in place from Hammersmith Broadway into Hammersmith Road via Holland Park Road. HGVs are advised to seek an alternative route as the diversion is not suitable for them.
