Incident: Robbery

Location: Footbridge between Du Cane Road and Bentworth Road, W12
Victim is a 27-year-old male who was crossing the bridge when two suspects confronted him; one of whom was holding a serrated kitchen knife partially covered by his sleeve. The one with the knife then held it towards the victim’s stomach and demanded he hand over his money and his mobile. When another member of the public approached the victim called out to warn him, the suspects hurled obscenities at him and punched the victim in the face before running off towards Bentworth Road. The victim sustained tenderness to his eye. The suspects made off with property to the value of £50.
The suspects are described as two white males aged 17 years, one was 6’ tall wearing a white baseball cap and white hooded top, the other was 5’7” tall and was wearing a dark hooded top and dark bottoms.

Incident: Robbery

Location: Challoner Road, W14
Victim is a 24-year-old male who was on his way home from work when two men approached him on pedal cycles. One of the suspects grabbed him round the neck and demanded money, while the other attacked him from behind. He was thrown to the ground and subjected to kicks and blows. The suspects made off with his backpack containing property to the value of £90. The victim sustained minor injuries.
The suspects are described as two males on pedal cycles, one was black, aged about 20 years, 5’8” tall, stocky build with facial stubble. He was wearing a white hooded top and white trousers.

Incident: Stabbing
Date & Time: 07/06/05 4.33pm
Location: First Floor Flat in North End Road, SW6
Victim is a 30-year-old male who was at home when a female friend visited and an argument ensued. During the course of the argument the woman used a knife to stab the victim once to the upper right side of his chest. The victim made his way outside the property where a member of the public called Police and an Ambulance. The victim refused to co operate with police and was taken to New Charing Cross Hospital where he was treated for a pierced lung. The injury was described as serious but not life threatening. The female was arrested and bailed pending follow up enquiries.

Incident: Theft
Date & Time: 07/06/05 7.50pm
Location: William Morris Public House, King Street, W6
Victim is a 36-year-old female who was with a friend and had placed her handbag on the table where she was sitting when a man had come up, grabbed the bag and ran off. Both the victim and her friend ran after him and saw him enter an address in Southerton Road. Police were called and surrounded the premises and caught the suspect attempting to escape onto Adie Road. The bag was recovered.
Scott Barr (29/12/1980) of Flat B, 23 Lakeside Road, W14 was charged with theft and remanded in custody to West London Magistrates Court 08/06/05
Incident: Theft From Motor Vehicle
Date and Time: 09/06/05 1.00am
Location: Field Road, W6
The victim is a 23-year - old male. On returning to his vehicle, a Red Nissan Micra, the victim saw two suspects standing at the back of his car. Suspect 1 had smashed the rear windscreen and had removed the property from the boot. The victim chased the suspects but as he gained on them one of them pulled out a small pocketknife. The victim then backed off and the suspects got away. The value of the property stolen £31. The value of the damage caused to the vehicle is £200.
The suspects are described as 2 white males. The first suspect was about 18 years old and was wearing a dark baseball cap, blue top and blue jeans. The second suspect was about 19 years old and was wearing dark clothing and a dark baseball cap.

Incident: Burglary Artifice
Date and Time: 09/06/05 4pm - 4.30pm
Location: Crane Court, Emlyn Gardens, W12
The victim is a 90-year - old male. The victim was at home when he heard banging on his letterbox. He went to the front door and the suspect told the victim that he had been working on a washing machine in the flat above He then pushed past the victim and made his way into the bathroom where he turned on both of the bath taps and then into the kitchen where he again turned on both taps. He then went into the living room and looked through the victim’s jacket pocket removing a wallet type holder containing photos and a birth certificate in the victim’s name. The suspect left the venue via the rear garden door and jumped over some bushes and out of the garden.
The suspect is described as a white male, about 30 years old and 5’02”, slim build. He was wearing a dark green vest with jeans.

Incident: Robbery
Date and Time: 11/06/05 1205pm-1210pm
Location: Sulgrave Road, W6
The victim is a 26 year-old male. Whilst at work as a cab driver he went back to base and picked up the three males. His boss told him that they had already paid to go to Shepherds Bush. He took the men to Sulgrave Road. Two of the men who were sitting in the back of the vehicle got out whilst the other man started to punch the driver telling him to get out. The other two made their way round to the driver’s door and had opened it, they remove the car keys and were also demanding that the driver get out of the vehicle. He got out of the car and one of the men then got into the driver’s seat and drove off whilst the other two made off on foot.
The vehicle is a black BMW 318 saloon registration W817MDK valued at £5050.
Suspect one is described as black 19 year-old male, about 6’. He was wearing a cream long jacket and trainers. He had short black Afro hair and a slim build with a London accent. Suspect 2 is described as a black 24 year-old male. He was about 4’10” and was wearing a black T-Shirt with blue jeans and a black hat. He was of slim build. Suspect 3 is described as a black 19 year-old male. 5’5” and was wearing a baseball cap, a black jumper and blue jeans. He spoke with an Afro/Caribbean accent and was of a slim build.
