Hammersmith & Fulham Garden Competition 2005
Is your garden: Interesting? Beautiful? Well tended? Colourful? Unusual?
If so, Hammersmith & Fulham parks development is looking to give awards to residents and businesses for their beautiful displays.
Expert judges will visit entrants' gardens between Thursday 30th June and Wednesday 6th July 2005. They all carry London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham identity cards.
They will be giving awards to all successful entries later in the year – with trophies for the winners. All you need to do is call, write or email for an information pack and application form. Forms are also available in your local library and council information centres.
The closing date is Wednesday 15th June.
There are categories to suit everyone:
■ front garden
■ back garden
■ patio or balcony
■ window box
■ vegetable garden
■ business premises
■ public house or licensed premises
■ community garden
Plus a special category for senior citizens
