Hammersmith’s gospel choir Gold
December 18, 2023
There’s still for Hammersmith’s younger residents to pay a visit to Santa in his Swedish Grotta.
He will be in residence in his Grotta, on the ground floor of King Street’s Livat Monday December 18, Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 from 12pm till 2pm and 2.15pm till 4pm.
Livat says these free visits, lasting around five minutes per child, will be on a first come, first served basis
Young visitors will be able to meet the man himself, snap a festive photo using the seasonal Instagram filter and be entertained by his cheeky elf and musical performances. Every child will also receive a 'colourful' gift from Santa to take home.
Hammersmith’s talented gospel choir Gold will also be visiting later this week to entertain last minute, late night shoppers with favourite Christmas songs.
You can enjoy the seasonal sounds on Thursday December 21, Friday 22 and Saturday 23 from 5pm – 5.30pm, 6pm – 6.30pm and 7pm – 7.30pm.
They will also be back on Christmas Eve, performing from 12pm – 12.30pm, 1pm – 1.30pm and 2pm – 2.30pm.
Livat is open daily from 6.30am till 9.30 pm and 6.30am till 6pm on 24 December .
If you are heading further afield, Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush has extended opening hours from 10am till 10pm every day this week until Christmas Eve, when it is open from midday till 6pm. Westfield has a whole range of festive events and activities on offer, including its outdoor ice rink, Santa Experience, and a chance to meet Bjorn the Polar Bear.
