Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
The competition is open to London residents only aged 18 or over. No purchase necessary. Entry implies acceptance of the rules. HammersmithToday.co.uk can accept only those entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated with the full name and post code of the participant and the full name, e-mail address and post code of the referral.

Competition Period
This competition shall commence on October 01, 2003 and end at midnight (BT) on October 14, 2003

Prize
Two (2) tickets for the English Premier League match Fulham v Wolverhampton on Saturday, 18 October 2003, at Loftus Road stadium.

Entries
To enter the competition the entrant must: (i) send an e-mail to competition@hammersmithtoday.co.uk with the following information: his/her full name and postcode and the referral's full name, e-mail address and post code. All entries must be sent to Hammersmithtoday.co.uk during the Competition Period.

Hammersmithtoday.co.uk will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries (c) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or other computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Hammersmithtoday.co.uk; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the competition.

Winner Selection
The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received from daily entrants at the end of the Competition Period and the draw will take place on October 15, 2003. The winner will be notified by e-mail by October 15, 2003.
If a Winner is unreachable or ineligible, such Winner will forfeit his or her Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute Winner. The Prize is not transferable, and no substitutions (including cash) will be given. This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non-winners will also be notified the results by e-mail.

General Release
By entering into this competition you release Hammersmithtoday.co.uk and its representatives from any kind of liability arising out of or in connection with the competition or with the acceptance or use of the prize (including, without limitation claims, costs injuries and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to destruction of property or defamation.)
