Incident: Deception

Location: DuCane Road, W12

The 30-year-old male victim was approached by two suspects in a vehicle who offered to sell him a laptop computer. The victim negotiated and purchased the computer, which was in a laptop case for cash. When he later opened the case he found that the case in fact did not contain a computer but cartons of milk. This is being linked to a similar offence where a laptop was seen and purchased for £150 only to find when the suspects had driven off that the case contained two bottles of lemonade. Two males have been arrested and released on bail.

Incident: Dangerous Driving

Date & Time: 11/12/2004. 01.50am

Location: Shorrolds Road, SW6

This incident occurred in the side roads off North End Road SW6, including Shorrolds Road, Hartismere Road and St Thomas’s Way. A heavy goods vehicle intending to make a delivery to a nearby commercial premises in North End Road The driver attempted to make his way back via local side streets, in doing so the large articulated lorry collided with at present a known total of twelve parked vehicles dragging some down the road before again colliding with a bollard and fence. The vehicle was stopped and driver arrested. He has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Incident: Burglary

Date & Time 10/12/2004 9.30am

Location: Fitzjames Avenue, W14

The 29-year-old male victim was disturbed in his flat by the suspect opening his bedroom door. On seeing the occupier the suspect made off. It was found that the front door had been forced and two laptop computers had been taken. Entry into the building is via an entry system not known how this was by-passed.

Suspect White male 25/30years on a bicycle wearing a white cap.

Incident: Robbery

Date & Time 11/12/2004 8.25 pm

Location: Dawes Road, SW6

The 26 year old female victim was walking along Dawes Road, returning from work when she has been approached by the suspect who has ordered her to empty her pockets, she has refused and there has been some pushing before the victim has made good her escape. She was then pursued by the suspect and possibly others and brought to the ground when she was kicked in the head and body sustaining grazes and bruising and her handbag taken. During the initial confrontation the victim was aware of a group of males on the other pavement one of whom called out to stop the attack. Whilst recovering from the attack the victim was approached by a black male who returned her bag to her intact and assisted her.

The suspect is described as an 18yr old black female 5’5” tall with scraped back hair wearing a blue tracksuit.

Incident: Theft of motor vehicle

Location: Goldhawk Road, W12. Batman Close W12

A Ford Iveco Royal Mail Parcel Force van was making deliveries in Goldhawk Road, W12 when it is believed the driver dropped the keys. The vehicle loaded with 60-70 parcels was taken and found abandoned and apparently intact a short time later in Batman Close, London w12.

Incident: Theft handbag snatch

Date & Time: 11/12/2004 at 0130hrs

Venue:Uxbridge Road, W12

The 18 year old female victim was returning from a works Christmas party she was sorting through her bag when it was snatched from her grasp by one of the two suspects who ran off into nearby side streets chased by the victims boyfriend.

The bag minus cash, mobile phone and credit cards was found by police in Colingbourne Road, W12.

Suspects are described as:1: Female 17yrs old, black, light skin tone, fat build 5’4” tall black curly collar length hair wearing an all in one black tracksuit and black trainers. 2. Female 17yrs old, black, light skin tone, proportionate build black shoulder length hair tied back wearing an all in one grey tracksuit.

Incident : Robbery

Date & Time : 09/12/2004 at 1610hrs

Location: Riverside path near Hammersmith Bridge

The Schoolboy victim from Latymer High School was walking home when he saw a group gathered around a park bench. Two of the group approached him and asked him if he had the time and whether he had a phone. One of the suspects then pulled a penknife and put it to the victims chin. At this point a member of the public approached and the group ran off along the riverside path.

The suspects are a group of 6 Asian youths all approximately 16years old. The main two being: 1. 14/15years old Asian short black hair, wearing a black nylon jacket with a fur trimmed hood and black trousers. 2.14/15 yrs 5’6” Asian stocky build. Black blazer with black jacket over it, white shirt and black trousers. The others were similar in age and Asian one wearing a blue tie.

Incident: Robbery of commercial premises
Date & Time: 29/11/04 10.20 am
Location: New Kings Road, SW6.
The incident occurred at a bookmakers and the victim is a 24-year-old female employee. The victim unlocked the premises and walked into the shop. As she did so, she was grabbed from behind and a gun was forced to her head, she was then pushed into the shop. She was forced under the counter and ordered to open the safe. The suspect handed a holdall to the victim to put the money in. The victim was then tied up and left behind the counter prior to the suspect making off. No injuries were sustained. A quantity of cash was stolen.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5’5” tall, wearing a black balaclava and black woollen gloves.

Incident: Theft from motor vehicle
Date & Time: 24/11/04 3.15pm
Location: Putney Bridge Approach, SW6.
A male was cycling towards Putney Bridge when he saw two scooters in front of him. He saw two suspects on the scooter hassling a female by knocking on her window and weaving in and out of the traffic. As he approached the bridge he passed the suspects and upon looking back he witnessed them open the door of a stationery vehicle and take a handbag from within. He attempted to stop the suspects from escape by placing his bicycle across the bus lane, which resulted in one of the suspects falling off the scooter and dropping the handbag. The property was recovered and returned to its owner but in so doing, the victim sustained damage to his bicycle. No injuries sustained.

The suspects were riding a dark coloured Vespa scooter.

Location: Townmead Road, SW6.
The victim is a 20-year-old female who was walking along Townmead Road towards Sainsbury’s. She was attacked from behind by the suspect who pushed her and hit her on the head before taking a bag from the victim. The victim screamed and the suspect ran off. No serious injury was sustained by the victim. Value of property taken £90.00.

The suspect is described as a black male, a/a 20 years, 5’2” tall wearing a light grey hooded top, light grey tracksuit bottoms, white trainers and black gloves.

Incident: Burglary

Location: Westway, W12.
The victim is a 23-year-old male who whilst in his bedroom on the first floor of the property heard a loud noise. He then heard someone kicking his bedroom door. As he opened the door he saw a male running down the stairs. He followed the male down the stairs and discovered that the front door had been damaged. Considerable damage had been caused inside the property. Value of property taken £100.00.

There are four suspects described as white males, a/a 14-18 years wearing dark clothing.

Incident: Assault
Date & Time: 03/12/04 12.01 am
Location: Shepherds Bush Road, Hammersmith, W6.
There are two victims aged 21 and 24 years respectively. Police discovered one of the victims on the pavement outside Hammersmith Palais with a stab wound to the leg. Whilst dealing with this incident, police were informed by staff that a male had collapsed inside the venue with stab wounds to the stomach and upper torso. LAS attended and both victims were conveyed to NCXH. The road between the Laurie Arms Public House and Hammersmith Broadway were closed by police. Both required immediate surgery although both of the victims are now recovering.

Incident: Vehicle Interference

Location: Cresford Road, SW6.
The victim is a 42-year-old female who left her vehicle secure and unattended whilst she went into a shop. Upon leaving the shop, she was aware of a group of males whom she believed were acting suspiciously. On walking back to her car one of the males rode past her on a pedal cycle. The victim had her small child with her therefore quickly ran to her car. As she was getting into the car, a male attempted to open one of the rear doors. The victim managed to lock the door and drove off. No property was taken and no injuries were sustained.

The suspect is described as a black male, a/a 25 years, 5’11” tall wearing a black jacket and a black hat.

Incident: Robbery

Location: Wood Lane, W12.
The victim is a 36-year-old male. As the victim was waiting for a bus at the venue, he was approached from behind by a group of youths on pedal cycles. One of the suspects then punched the victim in the shoulder whilst the other suspect ripped his glasses from his face before cycling off. The victim did not sustain any injury although he was clearly shaken by the incident. Value of property taken £140.00.

The suspects are described as two black males, a/a 17 years, 5’9”-5’11” tall, medium build. One was wearing baggy black trousers, black zip up jacket, dark jumper and a black baseball cap, with a black “Bob Marley” style beard. The other was wearing a silver tracksuit top, silver tracksuit bottoms, white t-shirt, white trainerswith a black whispy moustache.

Location: Uxbridge, W12.
The victim is a 50-year-old male who was making his way home having been for a drink. On leaving the pub, he was approached by a female who demanded money from him and then proceeded to grab the victim in a bear hug. The victim was then approached from behind by another suspect who searched the male and removed property from him. Having removed the property the suspects made off. No injury was sustained although the victim was very shaken. Value of property taken £350.00.

There were three suspects. Two black males, a/a 25 years, 5’7” tall and one black female, a/a 22 years, 5’7” tall with black collar length wavy hair and wearing a jacket and jeans.

Incident: Burglary

Location: Ranelagh Mansions, New Kings Road, SW6
Victim is a 34-year-old male who was asleep in bed when he woke to find a burglar had entered the premises and having put a bag on the bed where the victim was sleeping was in the process of disconnecting a laptop. The victim got up as the male moved towards the door and grabbed him in a bear hug. They struggled and the suspect then head butted him causing him to let go. The suspect ran out of the building, with £1000 worth of property. The victim sustained bruising to his right cheek.

The suspect is described as a white male aged about 30 years, 5’8” tall of thin build and with light brown receding hair, he had prominent cheekbones.

Incident: Attempted Robbery

Location: Desborough House, North End Road, W14
A 13-year-old schoolboy from Cambridge Grove School in Hammersmith was on his way home when a 14-year-old male who asked him what money he had approached him, the victim said he had none and carried on but was then stopped again. A passing police patrol saw the suspect attempting to wrench the bag from the victim stopped and intervened and the suspect was arrested. He has since been charged with robbery and was remanded in custody to West London Youth Court Thursday 18/11/04

Location: Goldhawk Road, W12
Victim is a 24-year-old female who was making her way home when a vehicle approached her slowed as it passed her and she thought the occupants wanted directions. The front passenger got out and walked back towards her stating he had a knife and he would stab her if she did not hand over her bag. The victim clasped her bag close to her body but the suspect pushed her to the ground and wrenched the bag from her grip and made off in the waiting vehicle, a red Fiat hatchback. Value of property taken £565.

The suspect is described as a white male aged 25 years, thin build, 6’2” tall with cropped blond hair.

Incident: Attempted Robbery

Location: Loftus Road, Shepherds Bush, W12
Victim is an 18-year-old female who was out walking her dog when she was approached from the rear and grabbed by the throat by a male who pushed a sharp object into the right side of her throat and shouted at her to give him her dog. She screamed and let go of the dog. The dog, a Staffordshire terrier ran off and so did the suspect. The victim was left shaken with a small cut to the neck. The dog later returned of its own accord.

The suspect is described as a black male aged about 20 years. He was wearing a dark blue jacket, and black gloves.

Location: Fulham Road, SW6 near Lancaster Court
Victim is a 38-year-old female who was walking down the street when she was approached by two 11-year-old males. One of them walked up to her and pulled out a black handgun from under his top and said “Give me your money and valuables or else I’ll shoot” He pointed the handgun at the victim who struck the male across the body with the outside of her right arm and grabbed his wrist with both hands, twisting the suspects wrists back so that the gun was pointing at the suspect. He wriggled and managed to get away. No property was taken.

Suspects are described as two black males aged 11 years old. The first was 5’2” wearing a grey hooded top, blue jeans and trainers. The second 5’ tall wearing a light coloured sweatshirt

Incident: Burglary

Location: Horder Road sw6
Three victims’ two females 31 and 46, one male 29. Victims’ were at home when during the early hours they saw two males put their hands through the letterbox of the premises. They called police and as police arrived two males ran off. After a short chase the two were discovered by police dogs in a front garden in an adjoining street and were arrested. They have since been charged with burglary.

Suspects were described as follows: A white male, ginger hair, black coat and another white male, fair haired, light/greying coat.

Incident: Robbery of the Person
Date & Time: 08/11/2004 18:30
Location: Acfold Road, SW6
The victim is a 26-year-old male. Victim turn into Acfold Road and walked past the two suspects, words were exchanged and the victim carried on his way, when one of the suspects grabbed the victim by the wrist and the victim turn to face the suspects when he did the suspect said he would stab him if he didn’t hand over his wallet. Victim told suspects to leave him alone, one of the suspects punched him knocking his glasses off, the victim then managed to get away he then carried on south down Acfold Road, and the suspects walked north, but does not know the direction they then went.

Suspects were described as follows: A white male aged around 15-17 about F510 to F600 thin build with short light brown hair. Spotty skin and wore dark loose fitting trousers and a dark grey hooded top. The other was a white male aged around 15-17 about F507 to F508 medium build with a chubby face shaved brown hair. He wore dark loose fitting trousers and a dark hooded top.

Location: Settrington Road, SW6.
The 59-year-old female victim was woken in the early hours, raised the blinds and realised that three of her plant pots were missing. A neighbour was also woken by the sound of doors slamming and a loud diesel engine. He got up and looked out of the window and saw a white vehicle that looked like a removals lorry, with its rear doors open. He saw two males carrying plants from the front of a house and placing them into the vehicle. As the victim was getting dressed, the vehicle drove off. The victim then got into his vehicle in an attempt at tracing it. He last saw the vehicle travelling along Wandsworth Bridge towards Wandsworth. He noted the registration as being L349 REX. The vehicle has been reported stolen. Value of plants stolen £120.

The suspect is described as a white male, a/a 30 yrs, 5’11”, wearing dark clothing and a woollen hat.

Location: Margravine Cemetery, Hammersmith, W6.
The victim is a 12-year-old school boy who was making his way home from school. He got off the tube at Barons Court and walked along Margravine Gardens where he saw a group of black males. He was then approached by two males on pedal cycles who surrounded the victim by holding onto his blazer and asking him where his phone was. The victim stated that he did not have a phone at which point the males searched all of the victim’s pockets. The victim tried to resist and was punched by one of the males to the left side of his face. Total value of property taken £12.00. Victim sustained slight bruising to his face.

Suspects described as two black males, both a/a 14-16 years. One wearing a blue, red & white hat.

Location: Fernhurst Road, SW6.
The victim is a 27-year-old female who was making her way home along Fernhurst Road when a male grabbed her arm from behind and shouted at her to give him her watch. A struggle ensued and the victim was pushed to the ground. The male continued to struggle with the victim and began to drag the female along the floor by pulling at her wrist and her watch. The victim sustained swelling and bruising to hand.

A male, matching the description given by the victim was later arrested and is currently on Police Bail.

Location: Lillie Road, SW6.
The victim is a 21-year-old female who was making her way home along Lillie Road, SW6. The victim was attacked from behind by two males on a red scooter. One of the males attempted to grab her bag and a struggle ensued. One of the males grabbed the bag from the victim and in so doing, the victim was pulled forward causing her to slam her chest on a concrete post. The victim fell to the floor and was taken to Charing Cross Hospital for treatment. The victim sustained pain to the chest. The value of the property taken amounts to £120.00. .

Both suspects described as being white males, a/a 16 years riding a red scooter.

Location: Durando Road, W12.
The victim is a 19-year-old female. She was walking long a path when two females ran up behind her and pushed her against a fence. One of the females grabbed hold of the victim’s bag. A struggle ensued with one of the females managing to rip the bag from the victim. The victim did not sustain any injury. The value of the property taken amounts to £269.00. .

Suspects described as two mixed race females a/a 16 years, 5’3” tall.

Location: Kilmaine Road, SW6.
The victim is a 24-year-old female. She was asleep at the rear of the premises when she heard noises from the front room. On going to investigate this, the victim saw a male standing by the window, gathering up her possessions. On seeing the victim, the male made off through the open window with the property. The male was subsequently identified via forensics, and arrest enquiries are being made. The value of the property taken was approximately £1400.00.

Location: Tournay Road, SW6
Victim is a 47-year-old male who was sitting in his car when someone opened the car door and grabbed him by the arm and dragged him out of the vehicle. He was held by the throat and a knife was put to it. He was then pushed into a wall and the suspects drove off in his maroon Ford Mondeo. The vehicle is value at £1800.
The suspects were described as follows: A black male aged about 25 years wearing a grey hooded top with two blue stripes on the sleeves. Blue baseball cap, dark blue denim jeans and white trainers with black stubble, brown eyes, slim build 5’10” tall with a London accent. A white male aged about 25 years 5’ 11” wearing a black bomber jacket and cream jeans. He had short dark brown hair and dark brown stubble, he was stocky. A white male 5’6” tall wearing a dark blue denim jacket, blue tracksuit bottoms, white trainers with straight black hair going slightly grey, clean shaven and slim build.

Victim is a 41-year-old male who was walking along when he was shoulder barged from behind by two black males, and one of them asked for his money. He refused and a struggle took place. His wallet fell to the ground and he stood on it so that the suspects could not see it. The suspects then ran off empty handed. The victim was not injured.

Incident: Burglary Artifice
Date & Time: 02/11/04 2pm
Location: Lysia Street, SW6
Victim is a 72-year-old female who was at home when someone knocked on the door claiming there was a water leak and asking to check the pipes. He was given access and left the front door open. Another man then entered the property and was challenged by the victim claimed to be the other man’s boss and he stayed with the victim in the kitchen while the other man when round the house. The victim became suspicious when she realised that the man was in her bedroom. She told them her husband would be back any minute and they left. It would appear that nothing has been taken.
The suspects are described as a white male aged 35 years. 5’11” with short brown greasy hair, wearing a blue fleece type jacket, and a dark skinned male aged about 40 6’0” tall with shirt black hair. He is described as fat and possibly Greek or Asian. He was wearing a black and white striped jumper.

Incident: Firework Incident

Location: The Morrison Bar, 648 Kings Road, SW6
Patrons of the pub were sitting watching football when a black male wearing a grey hooded top and a cycle mask threw a firework into the bar. It exploded on a settee causing the bar to fill with smoke and damaging the settee and a coat. The value of the damage is in the region of £540. There is no known motive for the attack.

Location: Rivercroft Road, W6
Victim is a 41 year old male who was sitting in his Mercedes reading a newspaper when he heard the passenger window smash and turned to see someone reaching into his vehicle and grab his phone from the passenger seat, before running off towards the river. The phone is valued at £200, the victim sustained minor cuts to his hand from the broken glass.
The suspect is described as a black male aged about 28 years, 5’8” tall with Afro hair. He was wearing a grey hooded tracksuit.

Victim is a 78-year-old female who was at home when a 28-year-old white male ran her doorbell claiming to be from the Waterboard. He walked in and was challenged by the victim’s daughter who was suspicious, as he was not wearing any identification. When she said her husband was a police officer who would be home soon, he left. Nothing appears to have been taken.
The suspect is described as white, 28 years old 6’2” tall with short dark brown hair and a side parting. He was wearing marl grey round neck woollen sweater, baggy worn blue jeans and dark trainers. He had an n Irish accent and was softly spoken.

Incident: Burglary
Date & Time: 07/11/04 10.30am
Location: Netherwood Road, W14
Victim is a 33-year-old male who was asleep in his bedroom when he was disturbed by the sound of breaking glass. He went into the front room and saw black man leaning in through the broken window trying to get his laptop off the table. The victim tackled the man and grabbed his laptop and phone and ran into the bedroom to call police, cutting his hand on the glass as he did so. He went to get a towel for his injuries and the suspect returned again and tried to get in the window. The victim again began fighting with the suspect until he finally made off empty handed. The victim sustained a large cut to his left palm and the top of his index and ring finger had been severed. He also had a large cut on his left lower leg. He sustained these injuries as a result of attempting to fight off the suspect through the broken window.
The suspect is described as a black male aged about 35 years with a bald shaved head. He was of thin build and had a gold tooth. He was wearing a grey fleece and a navy blue jacket with red stripes on the underside of the arms.

Victim is a 42-year-old male who had just parked his car when he was approached by two males on a moped. One of them attacked him from behind grabbing him round the neck demanding his watch. The victim tried to get him to release his grip when the second male punched him in the face. As he was still holding his car keys he stabbed the first male in the thigh with his key. He was punched to the ground but the suspects were scared off by the victim’s wife, who had come to assist him.
The suspects are described as white 5’08” tall 16-19 years old. One was wearing a black shiny helmet and a shiny black jacket, dark trousers and dirty white trainers.

When the noise continued she went to investigate and saw a black male crouching down below a coat rack less than a metre away. She put the light on and called to her flatmate to call police and locked herself in her bedroom. The burglar appears to have stolen a laptop computer and run off before arrival of police.
He is described as a black male aged about 25 years 6’00” tall with very short black hair. He was wearing light coloured trousers and a grey and white T Shirt.

Police and Fire Brigade were called to the premises of a charity organisation after reports that the premises had been set alight with a person inside. Once out of the premises he admitted starting the fire deliberately stating he wanted to kill himself. It would appear that the set of the fire was the sofa in the lounge and an area close to the back door. A man has since been charged with Arson and appeared at West London Magistrates Court on 29th October.

Victim is a 63-year-old female who was at home when someone called at her door asking if she wanted any gardening done. They showed her a leaflet but were reluctant to hand it over to her. They went into the garden leaving the front door open. Whilst in the garden it appears a third man has entered the flat and helped himself to her wallet, mobile phone and cash before all suspect have left in a waiting white van. Value of property stolen £800.
The suspects are described as white Irish males, one aged about 17 who had straight fair hair and was 5’9” tall, he was wearing a grey sweater and blue jeans and the other a 40 year old 5’10” tall with straight black hair wearing a red and black stripped shirt and dark trousers. There is no description of the third man.

Police and Fire Brigade were called to the premises in the early hours of the morning by a resident who had awoken to find smoke coming from a neighbour’s room. Several people were evacuated from the building and one was treated for smoke inhalation at the Central Middlesex Hospital. It would appear that the fire was deliberately set in three areas of the room, on a table by the door, on a mattress on the floor and the third on a rug near a built in wardrobe. An accelerant has been used, possibly white spirit.

Both suspects were wearing full motorcycle gear including helmets. The rider’s helmet is described as green with blue lines. The pillion’s helmet was black.

Victim is a 19-year-old male who appears to have been involved in an altercation with two other males near the third floor common room. One suspect was armed with a knife and the other with a hammer. It is not known what provoked the attack but it resulted in the victim being slashed with the knife sustaining a 3” slash wound to the side just above the right hipbone. The victim was treated at New Charing Cross Hospital. His injury is described as non-life threatening.
The suspects are described as two black males aged about 17 years, one was wearing a black waist length jacket and hooded top the other was wearing a black jacket.

Victim is a 25-year-old male member of staff who was working at the premises when a male entered the store armed with a knife and grabbed the victim from behind. The suspect reached round and placed a large knife at his throat demanding a colleague open the till or he would be stabbed. A security guard shouted at the suspect to let go and members of the public also started to shout at the suspect. Eventually he ran out of the store taking nothing with him but the knife.
The suspect is described as a black male 5’9” tall. He was wearing a black balaclava, dark green or black jacket, blue denim jeans, brown shoes and black gloves.

Victim is a 78-year-old female who was on her way to church when she was approached from behind and suddenly felt someone tugging at her handbag. She held onto it and the suspect attempted to drag the bag from her grasp. The victim lost her balance and was swung round like a rag doll before falling to the ground, dislocating her shoulder, chipping a shoulder bone and cutting her head. She was taken to New Charing Cross Hospital. She required stitches to the cuts and an operation on her shoulder. The value of property taken was just £45.

Two Mounted Branch officers out on mounted patrol answered a call on Shepherds Bush Section regarding a stolen moped. They spotted the moped with 2 suspects on Wormwood Scrubs and chased the vehicle across the common at full gallop. The suspects were forced to abandon the moped and attempt to make a run for it but were soon out paced. They were arrested. I believe the saying is “Mounties always get their man”.

Victims were 61 year old and 43 year old males. The landlord was about to close the pub for the night and was waiting for the last customer to leave. He was about to lock the doors when a suspect entered wearing a black balaclava and a grey hood over the top. He took out a black semi automatic gun fitted with what was described as a silencer, from his waistband and racked it demanding money or he would shoot. The customer handed over £100 and the landlord was forced to hand over the takings, which the suspect placed in a white plastic bag and left. Neither victim was harmed.
The suspect is described as a black male with dark skin. 6’ tall 18-20 years old of thin build. He was wearing grey hooded top with vertical stripes on the body and blue jeans.

It is of considerable sentimental value to the victim as it was intended for her daughter.

Victim is an 86-year-old female who was at home when a male called at her flat claiming to required access to read the meter. Sensibly she asked for identification, which he failed to provide and despite repeatedly asking her to open the door, he did not gain access. In a separate incident on the same day at Marryat Court, Cromwell Avenue, W6 a 61-year-old female was not so fortunate. At 6.25pm she was approached in her flat by a white male aged about 30 years who said he had come to read the meter. He produced a red and white ID sized card with the words “Electricity” on it. She allowed him access and he remained for about 10 minutes checking various socket points in the flat using a black box. The victim heard the front door open twice but the male said it was his friend who was checking some pipes upstairs. She noticed jewellery and cash to the value of £111, missing once he had left.

The victim began screaming and the suspect made off as people were coming out of their flats.

Delivery drivers left a white Mercedes Sprinter van unattended and insecure for about 10 minutes whilst they made another delivery and returned to discover that a church pew had been stolen from inside the van. The pew is four feet tall and three feet wide made of solid oak. It is very intricately carved and has a Scottish Thistle on the rear. It is valued in the region of £500.

Victim is a 91 year old female who had left her front door on the latch so that the home help could come straight in and was confronted by a male who had come in uninvited. He pushed her to the ground and she landed on her back unable to get up. He went into the living room leaving her on the floor trying to crawl to her bedroom to summons help by phone. After a couple of minutes he left and a short time later the London Ambulance Service arrived and called Police. She discovered her wallet taken containing £300 cash. She sustained bruising and swelling to her left hand, and was very shaken by the ordeal.

Three male victims aged 22 24 and 19 who were sitting in a vehicle when they have been approached by 5 males on pedal cycles. One of the suspects has pulled out a silver handgun from his waistband and pointed it at the driver. He demanded their watches and mobile phones and threatened to shoot the driver if they did not comply. They made off with three mobile phones and a watch. Total value £600.
Suspects described as black males aged 18 years. One was wearing black jeans, a black and white “Evisu” long sleeved top with a large “M” on the back, and white “Nike” gloves. He was of athletic build and had a stud in his left ear. He had a thin moustache. Another was wearing black jeans a dirty blue jacket. He was of medium build and had plaits running from the front to the back of his head.

Victim is an 86-year-old female who had been to a local Doctor’s surgery and had got a minicab home. The driver insisted on seeing her to her front door, she had got out of the car and paid him the money but he continued to follow her despite being asked to go away. He followed her inside the flats and as she was climbing the stairs he attacked her pushing her down onto the stairs and wrenching her handbag from her grasp. A neighbour saw the suspect struggling with the victim and shouted at the suspect who ran back to his vehicle a black BMW and drove off. The victim sustained a nasty gash to the back of her right hand and sever aches and pains. She was taken to Charing Cross Hospital by LAS. Value of property stolen £136.50.
The suspect is described as a white male 5’7” tall with short scruffy hair. He was wearing a dark jean jacket and a navy T Shirt, short knee length navy trousers and white trainers.

The victim gave chase but lost him, although he did manage to recover a camera that the thief had dropped.

The victim was knocked to his knees and as he got up the suspect said, “I’m sorry” before leaving the scene.

They searched him and took the phone before cycling off.
Suspects are described as black and both about 20 years old. The one with the knife had a goatee beard and was wearing a black and white baseball cap with the words “Sox” on it. He was wearing a white Nike hooded top and blue jeans.

Victim is a 29-year-old female who was sitting on the front doorstep of her house when she saw a male walking in the direction of Munster Road mumbling to himself. She felt uncomfortable so got up to go inside when the man suddenly ran towards her and tried to gain entry to her house as she was trying to shut the door. Apparently there was a tussle with the male continuing to bang on the door for about a minute before leaving. The victim was left in a state of shock as a result. It is not known what the males intentions would have been had he managed to gain entry to the premises.
The suspect is described as a black male aged about 30. 6’2” tall with short black hair. He was wearing navy blue thin jeans, a dark vest T-shirt over a dark sleeved T Shirt and closed toe wicker type slip shoes.

Victim is a 27-year-old male bus driver who was driving his double decker bus when four suspects on pedal cycles attempted to stop the bus by riding in front of it near Hammersmith Grove. The driver shouted at them from his window and drove past them stopping shortly afterwards at the bus stop outside 58 Goldhawk Road, W12. After the passengers alighted two of the suspect stopped on the pavement and waited abusing the driver from outside. The two other suspects then got onto the bus, verbally abusing the driver and then punched him through the safety Perspex striking him on the shoulder. The driver then got out of his cab when he was then punched again in the back, pulled to the floor whilst his cash and mobile phone were taken from his cab. The suspects then made off. They took £140 cash. The mobile phone was later recovered.
Suspects are described as four black males aged between 20 and 22 years old. One was wearing a brown jacket, brown shirt, blue jeans and white Nike trainers. Another was wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. A third was on a blue pedal cycle. There is no description of the fourth person.

Victim is a 23-year-old female who was staying with friend when she was woken by a male opening her bedroom door and putting his head round. He saw her lying on the bed and ran down stairs and out of the house. It would appear that he has gained entry to the premises via an open window in the living room. Several items of property have been taken including a DVD player, discs and Playstation and 25 bottles of wine. Total value £1300.
The suspect is described as a black male aged about 23 years old, 6’0” tall with short black hair.

Victim is a 76-year-old female who was at home when a male rang her doorbell and said he was a builder from the house next door. He said there was a leak in the bathroom and he needed to check it was not affecting her property. He went to the bathroom to check her pipes having asked her to stand in the garden to make sure that no water was coming outside. After about 5 minute she realised that something was not right and went back inside to find that he had left and stolen some money and her door keys. Total value taken £30.
The suspect is described as a white male aged about 20 years. 5’7”tall. He was wearing a white tracksuit with a red stripe down the side of the trousers.

Location: Dunsany Road, Hammersmith, W14
Victim is a 70-year-old female who was at home when two females came to the door. They asked is they could look in the garden as they had lost their kitten. The victim let them in and showed them through to the garden. When they left she noticed her handbag had been tampered with and that the wallet and an envelope had been taken. Total value of property £4220. The victim gave such a good description of the suspects to the police that they were stopped by a patrol vehicle and the two suspects were arrested.
Both have since been charged with burglary and were remanded in custody to appear at West London Magistrates Court on 23/08/04.

Victim is a 53-year-old male who was driving his blue Honda Accord when a group of four males ran out in front of the vehicle causing the victim to stop. One of them smashed the front offside drivers window and took his keys, another opened the front passenger door and grabbed the victim by the neck taking his mobile phone from his shirt pocket. They then went through his trouser pockets removing his cash before making off back into the Clem Atlee Court Estate. Total value of property taken £460. They also caused £120 worth of damage to the vehicle. The keys have not yet been recovered.
The suspects are described as one white male and three black males. The white male was about 26 years old with short blond hair; he was wearing a short-sleeved dark blue T Shirt. One of the black males was also about 26 years old; he had a black Afro and was wearing a dark coat.

Incident: Serious Assault

Location: Uxbridge Road, W12 near Frithville Gardens
Victim is an 18-year-old male who was walking along the road with a friend who wanted to make a phone call from a telephone box. He was watching her from the opposite pavement when he saw two males riding up to his friend on pedal cycles. He called out to them to see what they were doing when he saw them circling the phone box. One of them rode up behind him and smashed him over the head with a piece of building rubble causing a laceration to the top of his head, which was about 1” long. He then became aware that he had been stabbed in his side. The suspects made off and the victim made his way home. He was taken to New Charing Cross Hospital where he was treated for a puncture wound to his side approximately 3cm deep. He remained in hospital overnight and has since been discharged.
The suspects are described as two black males aged about 17 years, both on pedal cycles one of which was red.

Victim is an 18-year-old male who had just got off a bus and saw a group of youths at the bus stop. He saw two of them apparently follow off another man from the bus and then heard rapid footsteps behind him. He looked round and saw one of them had his face covered by a mask. As the victim tried to walk away one of them pulled out a black handled serrated army knife with a 5- inch blade and held out his hand. The victim handed over his mobile phone. The two others who were also wearing masks over their faces joined them. These two went through the victim's pocket and took his bankcard and a French ID card. Total value of property taken £300.
Suspects were described as two black youths and two white youths, all aged about 17 years. All were wearing hooded tops and about 5'8" tall. The one with the knife was black with chin length black dreadlocks.

Victim is a 25-year-old male who was driving his Fiat along the road at a speed of about 40mph when two youths threw a sack of rubbish through his front windscreen causing it to shatter. The youths concerned then made off on a pedal cycle.
Clearly this is a very dangerous thing to do and the victim was very lucky to escape unhurt.

Victim is an 87-year-old woman who was at home when a man came to the door with a small child and asked for a bucket of water. He stated he was working nearby as a builder. She let him into the flat and provided him with a bucket of water. He left and the boy returned a short time later to ask for a refill. He went out and returned a second time and when he left the victim noticed that her handbag had been stolen.
The suspect is described as a 50-year-old white male with short brown hair, stocky build and a young boy aged about 7 years old with short fair hair.

He later discovered that his wallet was missing from the living room table. Value of property stolen £90.

Victim is a 60-year-old male who is deaf. He saw his doorbell light flashing and answered the door to the suspect. Thinking he was someone from the Council he let him in. The suspect sat down and watched TV for 15 minutes. He then told the victim he specialised in wooden flooring and offering the victim a cigarette. After about 15 minutes he said goodbye and left, it wasn't until the next day he noticed that his bag had been stolen. Property taken valued at £175.
Suspect is described as a white male aged about 38 with short brown hair. He was wearing dark trousers and a dark jacket.

Victim is a 24-year-old male on route to see his girlfriend when he passed two males who were sitting on the kerb with their pedal cycles nearby. As he approached a junction one of them rode up behind him and demanded his phone. He refused and carried on walking, the first suspect then tried to grab his bag and jacket. He pulled away and he was kicked in the leg and punched in the eye. This knocked him to the ground and broke his glasses. His girlfriend saw the struggle from her window and came out to assist him. At this point the suspects made off empty handed. The victim had a swollen and bruised left eye socket, a cut to his eyelid, a graze to his elbow and general bruising.
The suspects are described as two 18 year old black males, both 5'9" tall riding mountain bikes, one bike was silver and that suspect was wearing jeans and a hooded top.

Victim is a 33-year-old female member of staff who had just locked up and was walking to her car when she heard the alarm sounding. She returned to the shop, unlocked the front door and went back inside. Whilst trying to reset the alarm, three suspects have burst into the office; one of them was armed with a knife with a 5" blade. The suspect have then covered her head and forcibly walked her towards a cabinet containing cash. They have then prodded her with the knife and told her to open the cabinet. She did so and they made off with cash and her mobile phone. Total value £560.
Suspects are described as two white males both aged about 21 years and 6' tall and a black male aged about 19 years who was about 5'9" tall.

The suspect is described as a black male aged about 18. 6'2" tall skinny build with a large shoulder length dark brown afro.

Victim is a 44-year-old male who was at home when there was a knock at the door and on answering a male forced his way in and attacked the victim with a carving fork. The suspect is not known to the victim, although is believed to be a relative of his partners ex boyfriend. The victim has been with his partner for 12 years. The victim managed to get hold of a piece of wood and hit the suspect around the head. The suspect made off after threatening the victim that he would return with a mob. Police and ambulance were called and he was taken to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital where he was treated for his injuries. A suspect was arrested nearby and treated at New Charing Cross Hospital for a cut to his eye. He was searched and found with the carving fork down the back of his trousers.

The man then removed the victim's mobile phone from his pocket and got back in the car and drove off.
The suspect is described as a black mane aged about 30 years. 6'0" tall. He had short black dreadlocks and was wearing a red T Shirt.

He did so and the suspect ran off towards the Peabody Estate.
The suspect is described as a white male aged between 20 -25 years. 5'6" tall and slim build. He had a slurred cockney accent and was wearing a pale grey or white hooded shorts style top with the hood up and pale coloured track suit trousers.

There are three victims in this case, two females aged 23 and 31 and a 25-year-old male. All were in the premises in the lounge when someone threw lit pieces of paper, matches and cigarettes in through an open bedroom window. The smoke alarm activated and the victims found a small fire had begun on the bed. They managed to put the fire out. The male victim sustained slight burns to his right hand. He was taken to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital by ambulance. It was only due to the quick actions of the victims that serious damage was not caused or life endangered. Three people were seen running away from the rear of the building.

When told the family did not have any they made off with a mobile phone. It is believed they made off in a blue car.
The suspects are described as a white male aged about 25 years and a black male of proportionate build wearing a black balaclava and a dark jacket with a furry hood.

Victim is a 73 year old female who was at home when the door bell rang and some claiming to be a window cleaner asked for access to the premises to do the insides. Believing that he was genuine she let him into her flat. He cleaned the lounge window and the victim left him unattended for a couple of minutes to get some medication. It was not until later that day when she was shopping that she discovered that £40 had been removed from her purse.
The suspect is described as a white male aged about 30. 6'0" tall slim build with dark brown cropped hair. He was wearing a navy blue T-shirt with a logo on the chest and dark blue jeans and black training shoes.

Victim is a 26-year-old female who was in her room with her partner when someone came to the door stating that he was a TV Engineer and had to check the set. Whilst in the room he cleaned the TV screen and stole the victim's purse from her handbag, which was next to the TV. The purse contained £4720 in cash and travellers cheques.
Suspect is described as a dark skinned European male aged about 40 years. 5'10" tall with dark brown unkempt wavy collar length hair, wearing an orange and white jacket with blue denim jeans.

The victim is a 25-year-old male. Police were called to an address where two males were acting suspiciously outside a property where there was a broken door pane. On police arrival they see 2 males dragging a suitcase being chased by four members of the public. One of the suspects fell over the suitcase and was detained by two members of the public while the other suspect leapt over a fence and was detained by police.
The suitcase was recovered and found to contain a quantity of electrical goods, computer equipment and mobile phones to the value of £1890.

Incident: Attempted Murder

Victim is an 18-year-old male. Apparently the previous day an altercation had taken place between the victim's younger brother and the suspect who is a 22-year-old male. It would appear that this incident lead to a fight between the victim and the suspect during which the victim was stabbed in the stomach. The victim was taken to hospital and diagnosed as having damage to his liver. He is currently in a stable condition in the High Dependency Unit.
A 22-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with the incident, however there were a number of other witnesses who Police are anxious to trace. In particular a group of about 10 kids some on BMX bikes.

Location: Threshers, Petley Road, SW6
Victim is 25-year-old male, who was working in the off licence when a suspect entered and he purchased a can of coke and whilst counting the coins to pay produced a black hand gun and asked the victim for money. He then walked round the counter and took £10 cash from the till. He asked where the safe was but the assistant pressed the panic alarm and the suspect left.
This matter was investigated by officers from the Flying Squad who identified the suspect as James Blackford aged 23. He was arrested at gunpoint on 15th July. He has since been charged with this and two other armed robberies and appeared at South Western Magistrates Court on 17th July. The handgun has been recovered.

Victim is an 18-year-old male who was walking home through the park when he was approached by a group of about nine boys, some on pedal cycles. One of them rode past and then slid him bike into the path of the victim. The victim attempted to walk past. Another boy grabbed his arm and started to go through his pockets, he took out a flick knife and demanded the victim's mobile phone, and wallet. The victim did not have a wallet and the suspects appear to have made off empty handed.
The suspects are described as a white male aged 17 years, 5'9" tall with blond shaven hair. He was wearing light/white trousers and a baggy white T Shirt and a white cap. The second was a black male aged about 16 years. 5'6" tall with short afro hair has was athletic in build.

Victim is a 14-year-old female who was sitting on a wall when she was approached by a schoolboy who broke and egg over her head. She picked up a piece of wood and retaliated by hitting him. He managed to get the wood off her and began hitting her with it. Another youth then passed a medal stick to the suspect and suggested he use that to hit her. At some point whilst she was being beaten she was stabbed in the neck. She was taken to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and treated for a deep laceration to the left side of her neck, which required one deep sutcher and six other sutchers.
The suspect is a 14-year-old schoolboy who is known to the victim.

Victim is a 31-year-old male who was working upstairs in the premises and walked down into the kit room to find the suspect on the far side of the room with two bags containing camera equipment belonging to the victim's company. The suspect tried to explain away his presence and then grabbed a screwdriver and threatened the victim. The suspect then made off with the cameras.
Suspect is described as a white male aged about 40 years. 5'6" tall, thin build, gaunt looking with short grey hair. He was wearing blue jeans and a navy sweatshirt.

Victim is a 38-year-old male who was out but had left a friend in the premises. At the time shown she heard someone knocking at the front door. She looked out of the window and saw a male banging hard on the front door. She did not open the door, as she did not know the man. After a few minutes she heard someone banging on the neighbours door she again looked out and saw he was trying to force entry. She managed to slip out of the premises and call police, who discovered that the doorframe was damaged and the next-door neighbours window was smashed.
The suspect is described as a light skinned black male, about 38 years old, 5'11" tall, proportional build, short black hair, which was receding on top. He was wearing a red T-shirt.

Location: Options Day Service, Goldhawk Road, W12
Victim is a day care centre run by the council for people with learning disabilities. Staff left the premises locked and returned the following morning to find that someone has managed to gain entry to the garden. Once inside they jemmied open a garden shed and ransacked the contents. All the plants were pulled out of the pond and strewn about and all the goldfish were missing. The heavy picnic benches had just been restored and painted by the Princes Trust had all been turned upside down and thrown about. General rubbish was left all over the garden.

Police were called to a stabbing outside the General Smuts Public House. The victim is an 18-year-old male who was stabbed in the leg, arm and torso. He appears to have been attacked by two males and police are appealing for witnesses to the event. The victim was taken to New Charing Cross Hospital where he was detained with a collapsed lung. His condition is described as stable and the injuries non-life threatening.

Victim is a 30-year-old male who was working as a minicab driver in his green Vauxhall Vectra when he got out of the vehicle in order to assist a passenger out of the cab. The passenger pulled a knife on him and demanded money and the keys to the car. After a short struggle the victim managed to run off and call police. On returning to the vehicle, one of the suspect's shoes was discovered next to the front nearside door of the vehicle.
The suspect is described as a white male 6'5" tall aged between 25 and 30 years. Thin build, long dark brown hair, brown eyes and a tanned complexion. He had an Australian accent. He was wearing brown shoes, brown trousers a white shirt and a red jacket.

Victim is a 36-year-old male who was on his way to work when someone ran up to him and violently pushed his up against the wall. He was then threatened by the suspect who claimed he would stab him if he did not hand over his property. The victim called for help but there was no one around so he handed over his bag. Victim is a 22-year-old male who was walking home when two males approached his from behind and told him he had a phone belonging to one of them. He threw the phone to the floor and both the males attacked him one of the stabbing him in the chest. The victim managed to run off and was eventually taken to New Charing Cross Hospital where his condition is described as stable.
Suspects are described as a black male aged about 17 years 5'9" tall, slim build, short black hair and brown eyes, mid tone complexion wearing a grey hooded top, jeans and trainers and a black male aged about 16 years 5'5" tall short black hair with a mid tone complexion.

Victim is a 35-year-old male who was working in an off licence when a male came in and went behind the counter. When the staff challenged him he produced a handgun and pointed it at the victim. He then opened the till and grabbed the cash before running off towards Munster Road. Property taken £300 cash.
Suspect is described as a black male aged about 18 years. 6'2" tall wearing a dark blue sweat top with a zip, dark blue tracksuit bottoms and a light blue baseball cap

Victim is an 11 year old female who had gone to Sainsbury's in Townmead Road alone on an errand for her mother. When she left the store she walked towards River Walk. She saw a man sitting alone on a bench. As she passed him, he stood up and grabbed hold of her hand asking her what her name was and where she lived. He stated he had sweets in his car and refused to let go of her hand. She screamed and eventually managed to break free and make her way home.
The suspect is described as a black male aged about 40 years old. He had long black plaited dreadlocks down to his waist. 6' tall, of proportionate build. He was wearing a black zip up jacket and was unshaven.

Offence: Stabbing/Attempted robbery

Victim is a 28 year old male who had been waiting at bus stop in Lillie Road having just finished work, when he had been approached by a male who asked for directions to Earls Court and then produced a small steak knife and stabbed the victim in the right thigh he then demanded his bag before running off in the direction of Earls Court. The victim was treated at New Charing Cross Hospital for the wound which was ½" wide and ½" deep. He required stitched but was not detained. No property was taken.
The suspect is described as a black male aged about 17 years. He was wearing a black jacket, black trousers and a black baseball cap

Victim is a 71 year old female who was having dinner when she heard a loud bang and discovered her front window open. She saw a police officer chasing someone and then discovered a laptop valued at £1600 had been stolen.
The police caught the suspect and recovered the laptop. The suspect, who is a juvenile, has been referred to the Borough Youth Offenders Team having fully admitted the offence.

Two victims are neighbours, one female aged 84 and the other male and aged 80, both were approached in their respective homes by a man claiming to be from the water board. He entered, leaving the front doors open. He then took them into the kitchen area and fiddled with the tap. Whilst doing so another male appears to have entered the premises and stolen property. Total value stolen £120
Description of suspects are two white males aged 25. Both with very short blond hair, one 6' tall wearing a clean white T Shirt the other 5'7" tall wearinga green short sleeved T shirt.

Victim is an 86-year-old woman who was in bed when she heard the buzzer. She could hear a male speaking to her but could not understand him. This happened a further three times and finally the women came out of her flat to the main door. She could see a male but could still not understand him (foreign language). When she returned another male was leaving her flat and he ignored her. The male had stolen two envelopes of money worth £1500.
First suspect is described as a white male aged 30 years, 6'0" wearing a dark coloured track suit with white piping and white stripes down arms. White fingerless gloves.
The second suspect is described as a white male aged 30 years. 6'0" wearing a dark grey suit.

Victim is a 29-year-old woman who was on her way home when she felt a presence behind her. She turned and saw three youths. Two were on pedal cycles and the other was on foot. One of the youths placed his and over the victims mouth and proceeded to remove the women's property, which was valued at £420.
First suspect is described as a black male aged 19 years with black hair. 5'9" wearing dark trousers with a dark grey hooded top and dark grey gloves.
Second suspect is described as a black male aged 19 years with black hair. 5'8" wearing dark clothing, nothing else seen.
Third suspect is described as a white male aged 19 years. 5'7" wearing dark clothing.

Victim is a 22-year-old male. A witness was visiting his relatives when he heard shouting on the street. He looked out of the window to see the victim lying on the pavement. A male suspect was kicking the victim in the head whilst another suspect armed with a baseball bat hit him four times, really hard in the head. The witness shouted to them to stop and the suspects walked away. The victim suffered cuts to his head and hand, broken finger, two broken ribs and a small laceration on the head.
Suspects described as a white male and the other male was either mixed race, Asian One of the suspects had a navy tracksuit on and the other a red top

Victim is a 55-year-old male who was in his room asleep. A knocking on his door waked him and he believed that it was some complaining about the TV. The suspect at the door said he was security. The suspect said there was a male loitering outside the victim's window. The victim became suspicious and asked for the suspect to produce some id. The suspect pushed the victim on the bed and grabbed his wallet and ran off down the corridor.
Suspect described as a black male aged 30 years with a black Afro. 6'0" wearing ¾ length blue anorak with emblem on breast pocket. Dark trousers.

Victim is a 19-year-old male who was walking down the road when he was approached by a suspect on a bicycle. The suspect told him he had a knife and asked for the victim's phone. The victim refused and approached a house and rang the doorbell. The suspect asked if it was his house and when told yes the suspect made off empty handed.
Suspect described as a white male aged 17-18 years. He was wearing a navy blue hooded top; navy tracksuit bottoms a light blue T-shirt and white training shoes.

Victim is a 73-year-old female who was at home when two males tricked their way into her home stating they had come about a water problem. The suspects appeared friendly at first but the victim realised something was wrong when one of the suspects began searching through her bureau and drawers. The suspects methodically searched the premises before making off with £10 cash.

Victim is an 89-year-old female who was asleep in her flat and awoke to find two white men had gained entry to the premises via an insecure garden door and were in the process of disconnecting her television set. When she asked what they were doing they told her they had come to repossess it, as she had not been paying her bills. The victim asked them if they could fix it and they then said they were taking it away for repairs. It later emerged that the TV was fully paid for by the victim's daughter over 3 years previously. The victim also found her pension book had been taken. Total value of property taken £640.

Police were called to a house fire in a flat on the ground flood of a high-rise block of flats in the early hours of the morning by the LFB who had several pumps in attendance. An investigation by the LFB revealed that the fire had begun in the kitchen and that there were several seats to the fire. Police are treating the fire as suspicious and are investigating the matter further.

Victim is a 20-year-old male who was walking down the road when he noticed a black hatchback car pass him. The car then stopped and four males attacked him, pushing him to the ground, surrounding him and kicking him. He managed to get to his feet and run off but the following morning he awoke to discover a bone in his right hand was protruding through the skin.
Suspects are described as white male aged 20 years, 5'5" wearing a dark coloured Nike baseball cap and a multi coloured Nike jacket. Black male aged 20 years, 6'0" wearing a dark coloured hooded top and black jacket, and two further white males aged 20 years.

Victim is a 29-year-old male who was walking home when he was jumped by two black males. On stood in front threatened him with a knife with a 6" blade and barred his way while the other grabbed him from behind. The one with the knife threatened to stab him if he did not hand over his wallet and mobile phone. They made off with property valued at £230.
The first suspect is described as a black male aged 25 years. 6'0" tall wearing a black hooded jacket, dark blue jeans and black Nike trainers, he was stocky build with very short black afro hair. The second suspect is described as black about 20 years, 5'7" tall also stocky with longer black Afro hair. He was wearing a black Adidas tracksuit.

Victim is a 23-year-old female who had taken two young children to the playground on Brook Green and was walking home and took a call on her mobile phone. On completion of the call she returned the phone to her jeans pocket and learnt over to ensure the baby was dry. As she did so someone ran up to her pushing her forward and grabbing the phone out of her pocket. She fell to the ground, tearing her trousers. Value of property stolen £180.

Location: Matrix Studio Complex, Peterborough Road, SW6
Staff were at the premises and were about to lock up when one of the heard a disturbance in the rear court yard. He went out and challenged a male for being on private premises. The suspect was then joined by two other males who threatened the staff member. He immediately closed the doors and informed other staff members who called police.. A further loud noise was heard and they discovered that the drawers on the front reception had been opened and the cash box stolen. Total value stolen £150 cash.
Suspects are described as three white youths aged about 16 years.

The suspect then demanded money and was given £29 cash in £1 coins prior to pushing the son over and leaving via the front door.

Victim is a 45 year old male who had parked his vehicle leaving two 7 year old children in the car whilst he popped into the supermarket. He had advised the kids to lock the doors and left the keys in the vehicle. A couple of minutes later two males approached the car and told the kids that their father wanted them. They left the vehicle and the suspects made off in the car. The vehicle is a maroon Toyota Carina registration N107MWR. Valued at £1500.
The suspects are described as a white male aged about 39 6' tall with short black spikey hair. The second suspect is described as a black male aged about 40 6'2" tall with black hair and a full faced beard, he was wearing black clothing and a black woollen hat.

Victim is a 32 year old female who had been out with her boyfriend celebrating his birthday. She got off a bus at Askew Road when she was approached by two males who indecently assaulted her.
One suspect is described as white about 18 years old 5'11" tall with light brown collar length hair with a curtain style fringe. The other suspect is described as wearing a Parka jacket, blue jeans and blue training shoes with 2 white stripes - possibly Skecher brand.

The suspects are described as two black males aged about 18 years, one of them was 5'10".

Offence: 3 x Thefts of handbags and purses from prams and buggies

Location: King Street, W6 & Shepherds Bush, W12
In all three unconnected cases the victims have left their handbags and purses in their babies prams and buggies. They have then either turned away or left them very briefly unattended and returned to discover that their handbags or purses have been taken.
In the first case property was valued at £65, in the second £110, and in the third £90.

Victim is a 27-year-old male despatch rider who was sitting on his bike when a group of five youths appeared on pedal cycles and blocked his way. He thought he was going to be robbed but instead they began abusing him. He went to run off but was attacked by the 5 males. This was an apparently unprovoked attack. The victim sustained a fracture to the lower left eye socket; he required five stitches to his head and eight stitches to his right ear.
The suspects are described as 4 white males and a black male all aged about 19 years.

As he walked towards the house a male on a bicycle cycled up to the car and reached inside before making off with the victim's handbag.
The suspect is described as a black male aged about 18 years, wearing a black Parka jacket with fur-lined hood with short black hair.

Victim is a 96-year-old male who answered the door to two men who claimed to be from the electricity company and asked to check his fireplace for faults. Suspect one began unplugging all the electrical equipment in the living room. Suspect two asked to see the kitchen, and then started looking through drawers. The victim challenged him but was ignored. Both suspects then met in the hallway and left without saying another word. A short time later the victim discovered £381 cash had been stolen.
The suspects are described as two white males aged about 30. One 6'2" tall with short black hair. The other had short blond hair. Both were wearing dark trousers and white shirts.

Victim is a 31-year-old female who was at home with her 15-year-old son when they discovered a female in the lounge of their flat. The victim confronted the female who ran out of the house. It would appear that she had gained entry to the premises via the bathroom window.
The suspect is described as a white female aged about 30 years 4'10" tall, very thin build. She had scruffy brown curly shoulder length hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black waterproof jacket and dark blue jeans.

Incident: Bomb Hoax

Location: Fulham Broadway Retail Centre, SW6
Suspect entered Fulham Broadway Shopping Centre and was seen acting suspiciously by security staff wearing a ski mask and sunglasses. When challenged he stated that he had placed a bomb in the shopping centre and that it was going to blow up. Police arrived and arrested hi. The premises were searched but no bomb was found.
The male has since been charged with making communicating false information and is due at West London Magistrates Court 10am on 21/04/04.

Location: Starbucks, Heathmans Road, SW6
Police were called to the venue when as a result of viewing CCTV footage the company discovered that a suspect had entered the building whilst the cleaner was putting some bin bags out. The suspect walked past the camera and into a rear office. A few seconds later the cleaner returns and closes the door, locking the suspect inside the premises. The suspect is then seen returning to the door with something under his coat. The suspect makes several attempts to get out of the building but eventually has to approach the cleaner to be let out. It is later discovered that the suspect has stolen a computer valued at £1500.
The suspect is described as a white male aged about 22 years wearing a light coloured jacket, baseball cap, light coloured trousers and white trainers.

Location: Fulham Palace Road, W6
Victim is a 27-year-old female who was travelling to work. She was wearing a nurse's uniform covered by a blue hooded jumper. As she walked through the underpass at Hammersmith Broadway onto Fulham Palace Road she noticed some youths on mountain bikes. She then received a call on her mobile phone and answered it. She was then punched by one of the suspects who grabbed her phone. She crouched down and was kicked in the stomach. The suspects cycled off. The victim sustained injuries to her right cheek below the eye. The phone was valued at £200.
One of the suspects was a black male who was wearing a black hooded top with yellow or white lettering across the shoulders. He was in company with three other males at least one of whom was white.

Victim is a 27-year-old female. Police were called to the venue after neighbours and builders called police to say that someone had climbed up a plastic drain pipe at the front of the building and climb in through an unlocked 1st floor window. On arrival there was evidence that the drainpipe had come away from the brackets and a Stanley knife was left on the wall outside. Property stolen valued at £15.
Suspect is described as a black male aged about 13 years with short black hair. Wearing dark trousers, grey hooded top and a purple puffer jacket.

Location: Woodstock Grove, W12
Victim is a 15-year-old female who was walking home from the cinema in Shepherds Bush when she was attacked from behind by someone who tried to steal her bag from her shoulder. She was pulled by her hair to the ground and then kneed in the jaw, kicked in the mouth and punched on the nose. During the attack she managed to hang on to her bag. Four male passers-by realised what was happening and as they approached the suspect ran off. The four males then escorted the victim home.
The suspect is described as a black male aged between 16-17. He was wearing dark jeans and a black hooded zipper jacket.

Location: Melina Road, W12
Victim is a 40-year-old male who was in charge of music a t a private birthday party. There was a dispute over the type of music being played but this was settled. Sometime later the suspect approached the victim and slashed him over the face without warning. The suspect then fled the scene. The victim sustained serious injuries to the bridge of his nose running at a 45% angle into his left cheek. The gash was about 10 inches long. He was treated at New Charing Cross Hospital. He was not detained.
The suspect is described as a black male with very short Afro hair.

Incident: Arson with intent to endanger life

Location: St Stephens Avenue, W12
Police and LFB were called to the location where it was believed that people were trapped at the scene of a fire.. On police arrival four people had managed to get out of the building and were being treated in the rear garden of the premises. All victims are females aged between 13 and 44. They are still in Chelsea and Westminster and New Charing Cross Hospitals, however their condition is not believed to be life threatening. The fire is being treated as suspicious.

Victim is a 44-year-old male who was walking through the subway texting a friend when he was approached from either side by the suspects. They grabbed an arm each and one of the said "Money, money". Anther suspect then moved closer saying "Hey man your money". He took the victim' phone and his wallet containing £620 cash.
Suspect one is a black male aged 17-21 years. Thin build black dreadlocks, which were shoulder length, dark complexion and a cockney accent. He was wearing blue jeans and a black leather jacket.
Suspect two is a black male aged about 18 years, athletic build with black collar length hair with tight curls, mid tone complexion, cockney accent with a gold upper right tooth. He was wearing blue jeans and a long sleeve basketball shirt with "86" on the front.
Suspect three is a black male aged about 18 years. Skinny build, black short hair almost shaven. He had a dark tone complexion and a cockney accent, He was wearing blue jeans, a white T Shirt and a blue jean jacket.

Incident: Fire
Date & Time: 05/04/04
Location: Conningham Road, W12
Police were called at 4.50pm of 04/04/04 by the Fire Brigade to a fire at an address in Conningham Road, W12.
A 41-year-old man was pulled from the fire and declared dead at the scene. His death is being investigated by the CID at Hammersmith and Fulham as an unexplained death.
Police are in the process of contacting next of kin to inform them of the death.
There are no further details at this stage.

Victim is a 52 year old female who was approached by a male who claimed to be one of the builders refurbishing the premises. He stated he needed to inspect the hot water tank. The following day the same suspect returned and again asked to inspect the hot water tank. When he had gone the victim noticed that a set of keys to a shed had been taken and that a ladder had also been stolen. She checked with the builders who told her that no one of that description was working with them.
The suspect is described as a black male aged about 18 years 5'8" wearing a blue hooded top.

Offence: Road Rage and stabbing

Location: Victim is a 36-year-old foreign national who was driving along Waterford Road.
He came to a part of the road where it was not wide enough for two vehicles to pass and waited of an oncoming vehicle to get past. The vehicle behind him became impatient and the driver began sounding the horn. He shouted for him to calm down, with that the driver and two passengers go out and the driver stabbed him in the thigh will the other two punched him in the head. The suspects then got back into the silver Honda Civic and made off. The victim was taken to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital but was later discharged.
The suspects are described as three black males aged about 25 years. The driver had short black hair which was shaved at the sides. He was 5'11" tall and was wearing dark clothing and a grey track suit top.

Victim is a 17 year old male who had just finished eating with friends and was making his way home when he was approached by a male who demanded he had over his wallet and mobile phone. The victim just stood there and looked at the suspect at which point the suspect punched him on the nose. The suspect then went through the victims pockets and took a wallet and mobile phone prior to running off. Total value of property stolen £205.
The suspect is described as an arab male aged about 17 years, about 6'1" tall.

Offence: Arson with intent to endanger life

Victim is a 42 year old male in one flat and a 24 year old female from another. Police were called to the venue by the Fire Investigation Team who had found two separate seats of fire at the entrance to the flat. Apparently the suspect had thrown a can of black paint over the door and then set fire to it using an aerosol can and some paper. The aerosol had then exploded causing the door to one of the flats to fly off. The explosion also caused the communal door to fly off. The female victim was behind the flat door at the time and managed to grab her child and run from the premises. The male heard the explosion and on opening his front door discovered the fire. He then ran out onto the balcony and called the Fire Brigade.
The suspect is described as a white male with a bald head possible called "Paul"

Victim is a car company. Police were called to the premises as a result of a call from a local resident that three males were stealing vehicle from a garage at the location having smashed through the main front doors from inside. On arrival the alarm was sounding and three BMW 3 serial vehicles had been driven off towards Wandsworth Brigde Road at speed. Apparently the burglars had broken in through the roof and once inside had managed to obtain the keys from the safe and rammed the front doors open to make good their escape. One of the vehicles was recovered in Edith Row SW6 having collided with a Fiat Punto.

Victim is a 37 year old male who was walking home. He noticed a group of youths had followed him from Field Road into Kinnoul Road. He was aware of one of the youths on a pedal cycle in the middle of the road keeping pace with him. As he turned into Humbolt road he felt a sudden jolt, which he believed was a kick to the lower back and it caused him to fall forwards hitting his head on the pavement. As he fell he dropped his briefcase and the suspect grabbed it and made off towards Abbey Gardens.
His briefcase contained a wallet, credit cards, currency and documentation. Total value £155.
The suspect is described as a black male aged about 17 years 5'8" tall wearing a grey hooded tracksuit top.

Victim is a 36 year old female who was sitting in her vehicle in a queue of heavy traffic when a youth from a group of three who had been standing on the footway smashed her front nearside window, showering her in glass and he then leant into the vehicle and grabbed a pair of gloves from the front seat. He then made off and got into another vehicle with his friends. The vehicle, which is believed to be a Silver Citroen Xsara then made off into the Flowers Estate.
Suspect is described as a white male wearing a white cap and black jacket.

Victim is a 12-year-old schoolboy who was cycling along the pavement with a friend. He cycled between a man and a woman and said something to his friend who was behind. The man thought it was directed at him and responded by punching the victim in the face a number of times causing him to fall off his bike onto the floor. The victim was taken to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital suffering head and facial injuries. He was X Rayed and found to have a fractured cheekbone and fractured thumb. The suspect is described as a white male aged about 38 years. 5'10" tall and is possibly German.

Police were called to the venue after four males set fire to the canopy at the front of the hotel with a lighter causing £900 worth of damage. LFB attended but the fire was out by the time they arrived on scene. The hotel is a privately owned guesthouse. Fortunately no one was injured as a result of the incident.

Victim is a 55-year-old male who returned home to find a large group of youths outside his premises arguing with his children. He intervened and the group attacked him. During the ensuing mêlée four sash windows were broken with a metal pole and the victim was struck in the face a number of times with a metal Hoover pipe, and he was stabbed twice, causing
serious injuries. He was taken to New Charing Cross Hospital where he underwent surgery. His injuries are serious but not considered life threatening.

Victim is a 26-year-old male who was walking down Uxbridge Road and as he neared the junction with Willow Vale a male stopped him and asked him for a cigarette. The victim gave the suspect a cigarette and a light and the suspect in return pulled out a knife and threatened the victim. The victim handed over £40. The suspect walked off but the victim then got angry and followed him punching him on the side of the face. A struggle has then ensued and the suspect has pulled out the knife and stabbed the victim several times in the leg and shoulder prior to running off into Willow Vale.
The suspect is described as a fat black male aged about 35 years 5'10" tall with short black hair. He was wearing dark jeans and a black or blue jumper, green puffa jacket and a green woolly hat.

Victim is a 25-year-old female who was away in France when a friend who was in the premises heard a noise coming from her bedroom and on entering discovered a man going through her paperwork. On seeing him the suspect pushed past and ran down the stairs and out of the building. The bedroom is on the second floor. The window had been smashed and it would
appear that this is the how the suspect has gained entry to the premises. It is not known what has been stolen at this stage.

There have been 35 shed burglaries since November in the White City area. Most have had doors forced and power tools and pedal cycles have been taken. In two separate and unprovoked attacks two men aged 52 and 46 were attacked by what appears to be the same suspect. In the first attack the suspect approached the victim on a pedal cycle and hit him on the back of the head with a 5' piece of copper rod, causing a 6cm cut to the back of the head. In the second attack the victim was walking down the road talking on his mobile phone when he was hit on the back of the head by
an unknown object. The suspect made no attempt to take his phone. He sustained a large lump and cuts to his head.
Suspect is described as a white male aged about 16 years he had cropped dark brown hair, he was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and is 5'6" tall.

On seeing the victim the suspect ran from the flat shouting a warning to a second person to get out, as there was someone there. She later discovered that property valued at £100 had been taken.

Incident: Burglary Artifice

Victim is a 72-year-old female and a 74-year-old male. Whilst the male victim was asleep in the living room when a man called at the door posing as a council representative. The victim was not given the opportunity to ask for ID and the man was very forward and entered the premises immediately. He suggested that the fences were to be replaced and kept the victim talking for about 20 minutes in the garden. She then
became aware of a noise in the hallway but the man stated it was just one of his colleagues. He kept her talking for a further 25 minutes.
Both men then left. The male victim had by this time woken up and was suspicious so he followed the men out of the house and watched them go off in the direction of Old Oak Common Lane. The victims later discovered that the bedrooms had been searched and a wallet and purse containing credit cards stolen. Total value stolen £1310.
Suspects described as two white males, the first had short dark brown hair 5'10" tall, slim build and was wearing a dark brown long coat and had a diamond earring in his left ear. The second had short fair hair.
He was 5'6" tall stocky build and somewhat effeminate. He was wearing a light coloured top, and a blouson jacket.

Victim is a 15-year-old male who was approached by two youths outside the £1.99 Food Store. They made conversation with him and he walked with them to Aldine Street. One of the suspects then said he had an air pistol and told him to hand over his money. He handed over £7 cash and his cash card. They then tried to get money out of the cash machine at
Alabad Newsagents but as he had given them the wrong PIN number they did not manage to get any. The victim grabbed his card back and ran out of the shop. The suspects are described as Asian and aged 17 years. The first was 5'8" tall with short black hair and a black moustache. He was wearing a blue puffa jacket. The second had a spotty complexion and was wearing a
black parker jacket with a white collar.

Victim is a 41-year-old male who had been drinking in the pub. A disturbance had taken place between two groups of youths inside the pub earlier that had then continued outside the pub at the point the victim left. He was attacked by one of the assailants with a Stanley knife causing a deep laceration about 7" long on the right side of his neck. The injury was about two inches wide. The injury was serious but had missed the artery. The victim was treated at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and is now out of immediate danger after surgery.
The suspect is a black male aged 23 years old.

Victim is a 30-year-old female who had just got off a bus outside Olympia, when she was approached by a female who asked her for 20 pence so she could phone her boyfriend. When the victim refused the suspect became persistent and pushed the victim. A male then came up behind her and punched her in the back of the head while the female suspect tried to take her handbag. The suspects appear to have then been scared off by an approaching vehicle and made off towards North End Crescent. The victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the attack. Nothing was stolen.
Suspects are described as a mixed race female about 19 years old and
5'6". The male was 5'8" tall but was not seen by the victim.

Victim is a 39-year-old Revenue Inspector for London Transport who was checking passes on a route 72 bus. When he checked one youths Oyster card he discovered that the photo card was missing. He asked the youth for his name and address. The suspect got off the bus and went inside the terminal building. He then returned and demanded his pass back
stating he would get it back even if he had to punch the inspector. The suspect then tried to wrestle it out of the inspector's hand and during the tussle he bit the inspectors left thumb causing two puncture wounds and drawing blood. The station controller came to the inspector
assistance and the youth was detained until police arrived and arrested the youth. The youth was later charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon (lock knife)

Victim is a 22-year-old female who was approaching her car with her keys in her hand when she was approached by a youth who tried to take the keys from her. She kept hold of them and he slapped her on the face and then punched her. Having taken the keys the youth then ran towards her vehicle. The victim chased after him and caught him but was then pushed
to the floor and the suspect managed to get into her vehicle a blue Fiat Punto registration Y891OHT and drive off. Vehicle valued at about £2000.
Victim suffered cuts and grazes in the attack but did not required immediate medical treatment.
Suspect is described as a 16-year-old white male 5'3" tall.

Police were called to a fire at Scooter Surgery where a male was reported as suffering from smoke inhalation. Apparently the victim works at the premises and had been mending a fuel tank which had exploded on him. The victim suffered minor smoke inhalation and was treated by the
fire brigade with oxygen and declined to go to hospital. There was minor damage to the property. The matter has been passed to the Health and Safety Executive.

Victim is a 44-year-old male mini cab driver who was driving down the road when his passage was impeded by someone stationary, on a pedal cycle in the middle of the road who was talking to three other friends. The victim sounded his horn but the cyclist refused to move. The victim again sounded his horn and was gestured at. He sounded his horn again and got out of the vehicle and approached the suspect who punched him on the left side of his face. The victim's mouth began to bleed and he went to hospital, where it was discovered that he had a double fracture of him jaw and two teeth knocked out.

Victim is a 33-year-old female who had just left work and was walking along the road and had just passed a group of youths standing on the corner with Weltje Road. She became aware that three of them were running towards her. One grabbed her round the neck and another punched
her in the stomach. She was then pushed up against a wall and they grabbed her handbag and ran off. They then got on mopeds and rode away.
The victim was not seriously hurt as a result of the incident but the thieves got away with property to the value of £245.

Incident: Robbery and Stabbing

Location: Charleville Road, W14
Victim is a 32-year-old male who was attacked whilst walking home by three males on pedal cycles. They stopped and punched him in the face and asked for his wallet. One of the suspects then produced a small Swiss Army knife with a two-inch blade and threatened the victim with
it. The victim tried to run away and was pursued by the suspect with the knife who then pushed him to the floor and stabbed him four times in his left thigh, lower back and twice in the left arm before running off. The victim was admitted to New Charing Cross Hospital for treatment, where
he is recovering well. The property stolen was valued at £75.
Suspects are described three black males aged about 16 years. All had black Afro type hair and all were wearing dark tracksuits.

Access has been gained to the company premises via an insecure fire exit. The suspect is caught on CCTV attempting to open the door of an office in the corridor using what appears to be a credit card. He has then smashed the glass in the door using a fire extinguisher, reached through and unlocked the door. He stole a quantity of computer equipment
and made his off via the fire escape. The value of the property taken is not known at this stage.
Suspect is described as a white male 5'05" tall with receding brown hair, slim build wearing a blue roll neck jumper.

Location: Du Cane Road, W12
Victims were two young boys aged 12 and 13 years who were approached by
the suspects whilst waiting for a bus. The suspects offered to sell them
drugs and when they declined one of the suspects patted them down and
asked them to empty their pockets. The second suspect told them he had a
knife and showed them one with a 5-inch blade. The victims handed over
their mobile phones and ran off. Neither was injured. The value of the
property taken was £200.
Suspect one is described as a North African male aged about 18 years,
5'11" tall, broad build with short cropped dark brown hair and a shaved
right eyebrow. He was wearing a black leather Averix jacket, blue
tracksuit bottoms. Suspect two is described as a black male aged about
20 years 5'6" tall slim build wearing a navy hooded top, dark blue
tracksuit bottoms, dark trainers and a thick gold neck chain.

Victim was a 30-year-old female who was walking towards Imperial Road
talking on her mobile phone when she was approached by a male wearing a
black crash helmet. He grabbed her and tried to steal her handbag she
held on to it and a struggle took place during which he threw her up
against a car. She shouted to a male nearby for help and he ran over.
The suspect ran off empty handed.

Suspects broke into a company premises between 5am and 5.30am by using a
fire exit stairwell to climb on to the roof of the building. Car jacks

£400 worth of cigarettes have been stolen.

Victim was a 29-year-old male who was walking home from the shops when
he passed two youths on a moped. One of them said something but he kept
on walking. He was then approached by the pillion passenger who told him
to hand over his wallet or he would be sprayed in the face. The victim
is not sure what the suspect had but believed it to be CS or pepper
spray. The victim grabbed at the full-faced helmet the suspect was
wearing and tried to pull him to the floor. The suspect managed to get
away. The victim chased after him but the suspect got on the moped and
rode off. Victim was uninjured. No property taken.

became suspicious of their reason for entering her home and asked them
to leave telling them she was calling the police. They left. At this
stage it does not appear any property has been taken.

Victims are an 80-year-old man and a 68-year-old woman who were
returning home from the theatre and were just entering their home when a
man barged past them into the hallway. He punched the man in the face
and pushed both of them to the floor before taking the ladies handbag
and making off. Both victims were taken to Charing Cross Hospital. The
man suffered a cut to the top of his head, sever bruising on his back
and a minor cut to his right hand. His wife was shocked but uninjured.

grand daughter. Both were in bed when they heard a loud bang and came
downstairs to discover that the front door had been forced and all the
Christmas presents had been taken from under the tree. The exact value
of the presents is not known but is believed to be in the region of
£600.

Incident: Actual Bodily Harm

Location: New Charing Cross Hospital, W6
Police were called to the Accident & Emergency Department of the
Hospital. On arrival they discovered that a group of females aged
between 17- 19 years old had assaulted three nurses. Apparently one of
the group had been brought in suffering the effects of alcohol. One of
the women complained that her friend was not being treated properly and
began abusing the staff. Security were called and they were attempting
to escort them off the premises when two of the group had become violent
towards the nurses and began punching, kicking and scratching them. One
nurse aged 28, sustained two parallel lacerations 2" long to the left
side of the neck. One nurse aged 38, sustained bruising and swelling to
the back of the right hand and one nurse aged 26, sustained a lump to
the rear of the head. None were seriously injured. Two women have been
arrested as a result of the assault.

Location: Brackenbury Road, W6
Two male victims aged 16 and 17 years old, were walking along the road
when they were approached by a group of three males who demanded their
phones. When the victims declined the group preceded to head butt one of
the victims and when the other protested he was punched to the ground
and stabbed in the back. The suspects made off on arrival of a member of
the public who called an ambulance for the two victims. The stab victim
was admitted to New Charing Cross Hospital, where he underwent surgery.
He is currently in Intensive Care. His condition is described as stable.

Victim was a 14-year-old schoolgirl who was travelling on the tube with
a friend when she noticed she was being watched by two other females on
the train. When she and her friend got off the train the others followed
and once outside the station the victim was told to hand over her
property. She refused and the females attempted to grab her gold
necklace. She managed to push them away but one of them put her hand
inside her pocket and stole a £10 note before making off.
Suspect is described as black female aged about 15 years with black Afro
hair and wearing a light blue baggy jumper and blue jeans.

Location: North End Road, W14
Police were called to retail premises by the key holder as a result of
an alarm activation. On arrival it would appear that someone has broken
into a vacant flat above the shop. They have rolled back the carpet and
then lifted the floorboards to gain access to the plasterboard of the
ceiling in the shop below. Having smashed a hole just large enough for a
person to fit through to gain entry from the shop. Unfortunately for the
would be burglar, entry in this manner has caused so much debris to fall
into the premises that this is what has activated the alarm and the
burglar had to flee empty handed. Damage to the shop ceiling is
estimated to be in the region of £1000.

Victim is an 82-year-old female who was at home when two men came to the door posing as being from the Water Utilities. They claimed they were turning the water of for the street until 6pm. The victim asked for ID and they did not produce any but managed to talk their way into the victim's home anyway. The victim showed them the stopcock in the hallway
but they said they needed the cupboard under the sink cleared. After they had left the victim noticed that the bedding had been disturbed in her bedroom. Nothing appears to have been taken. Suspects described as two white males aged 25 and 35 years old, both with short black hair.

Victim is a 69-year-old female who had a knock on the door; she did not open it but asked through the door who was there. The person replied that she was from the council and was there to assess if she needed more home help. The victim asked what her name was and was told Maria. The
victim asked to see her ID and the suspect said she would get it from the car. The victim asked again what the suspects name was and she was told Sarah. The victim threatened to call the home help with which the suspect left.

notes. She rifled through this discarding some items. She then rifled through the victims drawers and took other property before making off from the scene.
The victim was left in a distressed state. The value of the property is not known. Suspect described as a white female aged about 43 years old 5'5" tall with brown collar length hair. She was wearing dark clothing, a dark close fitting hat and a dark brown long coat.

Victim is a 63-year-old female who walking along and entered the alleyway on route to the tube station when a suspect tried to grab her handbag. The victim refused to let go and began screaming. They both continued to pull at the bag and eventually the victim was pulled to the
ground. A member of the public then came to the victim's assistance and yelled at the suspect to let go of the victim. The suspect ran off towards Whittingstall Road.

Location: Parsons Green Area
Victims range from 25-40 years old. All burgled overnight whereby the stained glass windows in or near the front door have been removed in order to effect entry. Varying amounts of property taken. All occurred in a small area around Parsons Green, Fulham, SW6. In one of them the householder disturbed the suspect in his front room and was chased from the house by the victim.

He fell to the ground and was then kicked in the ribs and punched a further 3 or 4 times. They made off with his mobile phone. He sustained minor injuries consisting of slight swelling to hi top lip and
two small grazes on his hands. Value of property taken £150.

suspect began struggling with her. She screamed out but no one came to
her assistance. The suspect then scratched her face and she let go of
the bag the suspect made off down Burnthwaite Road. The victim sustained

Victim is a 28-year-old male who was driving along in his white VW
Passat S724MFV. As he approached the junction with Uxbridge Road he was
stopped by two black males, who appeared as though they wanted to ask
him something. One opened the driver's door and tried to pull him out of
the vehicle. The second opened the passenger door and tried to assist
the first then began hitting the victim. The victim was pulled out of
the vehicle and the suspects then drove off in it. The victim flagged
down another motorist who attempted to follow the stolen vehicle. Value
of the vehicle taken £9000.

Victim is an 85 year old man who was in bed recovering from 'flu when he
heard a knock at the door. He answered it and a man said he was from the
water-board and was fitting a sink to the flat downstairs. He said he
needed to turn off the mains and asked the victim to fill a bucket of
water, as it would need to be off for at least 24 hours. As he was
filling the bucket he saw the suspect going upstairs. He followed him
and saw another male in his bathroom. He challenged them and they ran
out of the flat. He later discovered that a watch valued at £150 had
been stolen.
Suspects are described as white males. One aged about 30 years 5'7" tall
with shirt dark brown hair, wearing a blue jumper with white horizontal
stripes across and dark trousers. The other about 35 years old 5'9"
wearing a dark jacket, dark working trousers, white trainers with blue
