resembling the Iraqi dictator are called to an open audition at
the Riverside Studios.
They are required for a new West End production opening late June, but producers are quite flexible: "Beret and flak jacket will be provided. Moustaches will be available for clean-shaven applicants", says the ad published in the Stage newspaper. Award-winning playwright Alistair Beaton is working in a comedy about the war. Although there is no final draft yet, it is said that Sadam lookalike will share the stage with George Bush and Tony Blair (lookalikes too). |
