Do you care about local health services? Hammersmith and Fulham Patient and Public Involvement Forums Need YOU!

If you want to...

• really make a difference to local health services.

• enhance your CV - you are 73% more likely to get a job with

volunteering experience over those without.

• learn new skills & help build your confidence.

• improve your quality of life (volunteering is good for mental & physical health.)

Then join a Hammersmith and Fulham Patient and Public Involvement Forum.

The aim of the independent Patient and Public Involvement Forums, made up of local people, is to enable patients and the public to influence the way health services are run and address wider public health issues such as diabetes, MRSA and cancer.

There are two Forums in Hammersmith: Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust and Hammersmith and Fulham PCT (which deals with GPs, pharmacists, opticians, dentists etc.)

If you are over 18 yrs, interested in health, and live, work or use health services in the Borough of Hammersmith you could join a PPI Forum.
