Could you sell advertising on one of London's fastest growing media
Neighbour Net, the company that developed this site, are looking for sales agents to increase the number of businesses that use our family of sites for promotion.
We would like to speak to locally based, highly motivated individuals with a background in sales and marketing. The role would involve making contact with local businesses, developing marketing strategies and collecting feedback from existing clients to help improve the level of response that customers get from advertising with us.
Our network of sites is one of the fastest growing media in London. We already have a quality portfolio of local businesses as clients with an exceptionally high rate of renewal. However, traffic growth on the sites is outpacing the amount of advertising we sell through existing channels.
Initially
the main sales effort will be in the two larger and well established
sites in Chiswick and Putney. Subsequently very fast growth is expected
from the sites already launched in Acton, Brentford and Hammersmith.
Further site launches are likely before the end of the year giving ample
opportunity to generate revenue.
It may be possible to focus on one geographic area or, alternatively
across West and South West London. We are willing to be flexible for
the right applicant.
Neighbour Net has an extensive and accurate database of local businesses. The more established sites already enjoy good brand recognition in the areas in which they operate and, in many cases you will be approaching potential clients who have already expressed an interest in our services.
Much of the additional revenue generated by sales agents will be ploughed back into promoting the less active sites to increase their traffic levels and hence the amount of advertising space to sell.
Initially it is envisaged that the position would be remunerated on a commission only basis but we would be happy to consider a salaried role for the right person.
