Police appeal for witnesses to TV Centre accident

Police are appealing for witnesses to a Road Traffic Incident that occurred outside the BBC in Wood Lane W12 on Sunday 20.11.05.

At about 21:12 Mr Andrew Roberts (57 years) got out of a cab and was crossing the road to where he worked when he was in collision with a motorcycle and was knocked to the ground sustaining a severe head injury.

He was taken to the New Charing Cross Hospital where he died on 22.11.05.

Anyone who witnessed the incident should contact the Metropolitan Police SW London Collision Investigation Unit on their dedicated witness line 020 8941 9011.
