The Patient and Public Involvement Forum for Hammersmith Hospitals (Charing Cross, Queen Charlotte's, The Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Park) are holding an event jointly with the Hammersmith & Fulham Primary Care Forum to give patients, the public and any other interested parties a chance to have their say.

The theme of the event is bridging the gap between expectation and reality and it will address four key themes:

  • At the GP/health centre
  • Admissions and appointments
  • Life on the Ward
  • Discharge and Further Support.

The event will take place at The Irish Centre in Blacks Road, London W6 from 11.30.a.m. to 2.30.p.m. on Tuesday 14 March.
