The Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Forum for Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust will hold a public meeting on Monday 10th September 2007 in the Main Hall at the Irish Centre, Blacks Road, Hammersmith, W6 9DT from 6:00- 8:00pm.

Alison Holmes, Director of Infection Prevention and Control will be giving a presentation on the prevention of hospital acquired infections. The meeting will provide local residents a chance to learn more about these infections and ask questions. Light refreshments will be served.

Those wishing to attend, but have specific requirements (access, hearing loop, translation etc.) should contact Kim Michaelis on 020 7535 0499 or email kmichaelis@vawcvs.org.

PPI Forums were established by the Commission for Patient and Public Involvement in Health (CPPIH) in December 2003, and are supported locally by Forum Support Organisations (FSOs). PPI Forums have been established for every health Trust in England, to involve patients and members of the public in the decision making process.
