A new inspired programme designed to deliver a fun and educational cultural experience to young people (with plenty of activities and games).
Our Culture Camp Theme for this summer is Irish Myth and Legend – a wonderful and colourful legacy of unique and larger than life heros and heroines who lived by a strong code of honour.
The children will be inspired with stories filled with drama and excitement, as well as learning new skills while, all importantly, having loads of fun!
The Culture Camp Team is composed of a number of highly experienced individuals who have been chosen for their individual expertise and excellent ability to inspire young people.
Our Culture Camps will involve the children in the following:
• Storytelling Sessions
• Shadow Puppet Theatre
• Drama
• Art
• Music
• Dance (Ceili)
• Singing
• Lots of Fun and Games!
At the end of each week, parents will be invited to a ‘Banquet’ where the children will present the skills and knowledge they will have acquired during the week.
The Camps will commence on the 28th July and each one will run for 1 week from 9am – 4pm.
