Man Fights for Life After Collision in Hammersmith


Hit by coach on Shepherd’s Bush Road on Sunday evening

A 37-year-old man is critically ill in hospital after he was hit by a coach on the Shepherd’s Bush Road in Hammersmith.

The collision took place shortly before 6.55pm on Sunday (5 August). The pedestrian was taken to a north London hospital and police say they are in the process of informing his next of kin.

The driver of the coach stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries; he was not arrested.

Shepherd’s Bush Road was closed southbound between from Shepherd’s Bush Green leading to significant traffic delays in West London.
