The Closing Ceremony is entitled A Symphony of British Music and starts at 9pm.
It will feature more than 4,100 performers, including 3,500 adult volunteers and 380 schoolchildren from the six east London Host Boroughs
The event, organised by HammersmithLondon is entirely free, and free deckchairs will be available on the evening.
