Thanks for your email. Cabana is due to be open next month but we already started our recruitment camping looking for senior managers positions: General Manager and Kitchen Supervisors. Roughly speaking we will be looking to employ in total 20 people preferably from local job market. Cabanistas (our team members) don’t need to have hospitality experience as we provide excellent training scheme for all new starters but we are looking for people with great personalities and attitude. We have very innovative selection process when we invite our applicants to “Boot Camp” and assess their performance through different fun- based exercises. So the whole process is less stressful and we always have a great feedback from applicants.
