Flats in Artisi, the residential development within Hammersmith’s new Civic Campus, built around the restored Town Hall in King Street, are now up for sale.
The one and two bedroom flats, designed by RSHP architects, offer the opportunity to live in the very heart of Hammersmith.
The 99 flats, spread over four floors, are situated opposite the Grade II listed Town Hall on a new public piazza. The campus surrounding the piazza will also include a new music hall, an arthouse cinema, public rooftop gardens, galleries, restaurants, cafes, shops and offices.
Artisi includes a private residents’ roof terrace with views across the Thames to Hammersmith Bridge, plus a gym, concierge service and onsite security.

FABRICA, part of A2Dominion, which is developing Artisi in partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham Council, says that the development includes a small selection of wheelchair accessible apartments.
Prices start from £595,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, £795,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and £900,000 for a fourth four penthouse. Find out more here.
These private sale flats are just part of the residential development. When completed, it will provide a total of 204 flats, with the other 105 available to local people through shared ownership and affordable social rent.
