Proceeds from the event go to the Hammersmith & Fulham Foodbank
January 26, 2026
Valentine’s Day is getting a flat-packed twist this year as Livat Hammersmith rolls out the red carpet for Love at First Bite, a one-night-only dining experience at the IKEA Hammersmith restaurant on Thursday 12 February.
Across three bookable sittings at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm, guests can expect a playful blend of glamour and food. Couples, friends and families will make a star-style entrance before being shown to their table by black-tie waiters, ready to enjoy a candlelit three-course feast accompanied by live opera. And at just £5 per person, it’s one of the most affordable Valentine’s celebrations in London.
The menu features classic IKEA favourites, including meatballs with mash or chips, salmon fillet with lemon and dill sauce, and a vegetarian falafel couscous option, alongside simple starters and indulgent desserts such as tiramisu and Daim cake. Welcome drinks are included, with additional beverages available to purchase.
But the evening isn’t only about romance. Livat Hammersmith will donate £500 to the Hammersmith & Fulham Foodbank, meaning every booking helps support local families in need.
Each ticket admits two guests, and tables are limited to pairs only. Sessions last 45 minutes, and pre-booking is essential, though a small number of walk-ins may be available during quieter periods. Guests are asked to arrive on time and bring their booking confirmation.
Whether you’re marking the day with a partner, a best friend or a family member, Love at First Bite promises a fun, affordable and community-minded way to celebrate.
Booking is now open via the Livat Hammersmith website.
