Hammersmith’s hospitality scene will take centre stage through March as the annual I Love Lunch campaign returns, running until Friday 20 March.

The promotion, organised by Hammersmith BID, invites the public to vote for their favourite local lunch spot while enjoying exclusive discounts across pubs, restaurants and independent eateries throughout the town centre. Anyone who casts a vote will be automatically entered into a prize draw, with vouchers worth £100 for Turtle Bay, £70 for Flat Iron and £60 for the Cellar at Kindred on offer.

I Love Lunch has become a popular fixture in the local calendar, designed to spotlight the breadth and quality of Hammersmith’s food and drink businesses. The 2026 edition encourages diners to show their support by voting in three categories – Best Pub, Best Restaurant and Best Eatery – with the winning venues receiving an I Love Lunch Trophy in recognition of their contribution to the high street.

The campaign is part of a wider programme of work led by Hammersmith BID, the Business Improvement District representing hundreds of local employers. Since its establishment, the BID has played a central role in promoting the area as a commercial and cultural destination. Its initiatives range from public realm improvements and business support to large-scale events, seasonal campaigns and sustainability projects. Hospitality businesses in particular have benefited from the BID’s marketing efforts, footfall-boosting promotions and partnerships that help raise the profile of local venues in a competitive London market.

Through campaigns like I Love Lunch, the BID aims to champion the independent operators and long-standing favourites that give Hammersmith its distinctive character. The promotion also highlights the hardworking teams behind the counters and in the kitchens, whose service and creativity help make the town centre a go-to destination for workers, residents and visitors alike.

Throughout the three-week celebration, participating venues \re offering special deals to encourage people to try somewhere new or revisit an old favourite.
