Families are set for a week of colour, creativity and chocolate-themed fun as Livat Hammersmith unveils its Sweets & Smiles Easter Garden this spring. Running from 30 March to 4 April, the pop-up experience will transform the Atrium into a bright, playful space packed with hands-on activities and sweet-themed surprises.
Open daily from 10am to 4pm, the Easter Garden invites children to step into a world of giant sweets, pastel backdrops and interactive craft stations designed to spark imagination. Entry is free, but spaces are limited and booking is recommended.
The Sweets & Smiles Garden is designed as a creative haven for children aged 3–12, offering a mix of activities that blend craft, play and a touch of Easter magic. Young visitors can design their own chocolate bar wrapper, make a “Say Something Sweet” kindness card, enjoy Easter-themed crafts and even transform into a colourful character at the face-painting station.
The space is dotted with oversized sweet props and photo-ready backdrops, giving families plenty of opportunities to capture the moment. Event ambassadors will be on hand throughout the day to guide children through each activity.
To take part, parents or guardians simply need to sign up to the Livat newsletter on arrival or show proof of existing registration.
Once families have explored the Garden, the fun continues with the Easter Sweet Trail around Livat. Children will receive a trail sheet and set off to find sweet-themed clues hidden in shop windows across the centre. Completing the trail earns each child a small Easter treat — a perfect finale to the day’s adventure.
Each session lasts around 30 minutes and accommodates up to 24 children plus accompanying adults. Walk-ins may be available on the day, but booking ahead is the best way to secure a spot.
Livat says the event is designed to bring families together during the school holidays, offering a free, creative experience that encourages children to explore, imagine and enjoy the centre in a new way.
With its mix of crafts, colour and chocolate-themed charm, the Sweets & Smiles Easter Garden promises to be one of Hammersmith’s most joyful family events of the season.
