Fourteen years later, after shipwrecks and resurrections, palaces and brothels, marriagebeds and murders, the story is finally told; the journey has been made – and the riddle is answered in a blaze of light.

Frankie Woyzeck lives in a bedsit in a garrison town and he hears voices. Not just voices from next door, voices from the Freemasons or the Bilderbergs or whoever it is controls things. Frankie W believes that conspiracy stuff. Frankie scrabbles a life, lending his body to medical experiments in return for a few pennies, doing menial jobs for the captain of the local territorials – all for his lovely Marie and his little boy. But the word is she’s got something going with the Drum Major at the local camp …
As the only professional theatre company in the UK working with homeless and ex-homeless people, CARDBOARD CITIZENS formed in 1991 and has toured Forum Theatre productions to hostels, day centres, youth clubs, schools, universities and arts centres.
