Tony first hitched around Ireland with a fridge and later bet Arthur Smith
he could whip Moldova's national football team at tennis. His latest challenge
is a zany and melodic attempt to clinch a new top twenty hit, on a song-writing
journey which takes him from Nashville and Holland to Sudan and Romania,
ending with an extraordinary finale in Albania with Tim Rice and Norman
Wisdom. Tony Hawks is a TV and radio comedian, musician and bestselling
author. His previous books, 'Round Ireland with a Fridge' and 'Playing
the Moldovans at Tennis' have sold well over half a million copies.
